“Si Alikuwa Anakuja Hapa Juu Ya Gari Anakula Miraa?” Gachagua Tears into Ruto in Meru Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has launched a scathing rebuke against President William Ruto, accusing him of orchestrating a wider plan to destabilize the Mt. Kenya region by first crippling its political leadership before turning on its economic foundations. Speaking at a charged church gathering at AIPCA Igembe North in Meru County, Gachagua alleged that the president, alongside a clique of influential operatives within State House, is systematically eroding the region’s leadership to eliminate any effective resistance. He warned that once political figures have been subdued, businesses in the region will be left vulnerable, as there will be no strong voices left to defend them. Gachagua framed the alleged scheme to remove Chief Justice Martha Koome as part of this broader effort, arguing that her ouster is not merely an attack on the judiciary but a calculated step in dismantling Mt. Kenya’s influence. “Rais amepanga kufukuzza Justice Martha Koome,” he roared. “Amepanga pale kortini na amehonga watu!” He declared that if Ruto proceeds with the plan, he should forget about setting foot in Meru. “Ukifukuza Martha Koome, usijaribu kukanyanga hapa Meru tena!” he warned, telling the crowd that the community must resist what he described as a deliberate assault on its political and economic standing. Gachagua also took aim at Meru leaders, including Members of Parliament, accusing them of being summoned and politically compromised to align with the president’s agenda. He claimed they had abandoned their duty to protect the region and instead chosen self-preservation. He further criticised Ruto’s failure to honour his campaign pledges to miraa farmers, pointing out that the president had promised to revitalise the trade by removing barriers that prevent growers from earning better profits. “Si alikuwa anakuja hapa kwa gari anakula miraa akiwa juu?” he asked the crowd, triggering a spirited response of applause and laughter. He faulted Ruto of using theatrics to endear himself to the people of Meru during the campaign period, only to neglect them after securing power.

🤔Is Oscar Sudi, William Ruto’s “Political Engineer”, the Real Deputy President? To understand Oscar Sudi, is to understand his “creator” William Ruto. While Kipchumba Murkomen is preoccupied with watching pornography and scoring own-goals, and Kithure Kindiki keeps squeaking his farcical attempts at trying to appear of any consequence in the Mt. Kenya region, Oscar Sudi is busy, very busy getting shit done for Wiliam Ruto. Oscar Sudi is a powerful, loyal and effective William Ruto creation. Goon: historically and in traditional slang, it means a hired thug, a heavy-handed enforcer for a criminal boss, or a clumsy, foolish person. Oscar Sudi at different times presents as having all the attributes of a “goon”. We’ve been trying to understand this man, Oscar Sudi. Why is he such a prominent feature of the Ruto Regime? What are his skills, how does he think and what does he contribute to the people of Kapseret whom he is supposed to represent in Parliament. The August 1st, 2024, Obinna Show interview gives tremendous insight into this man Oscar Sudi. It is a very tedious watch and so we have tried to put together excerpts which capture the fascinating thinking of one of William Ruto’s most telling creations. Based on the interview and other sources of data, we have so far come to the following conclusions. Oscar Sudi is: - a political “goon” in the realest sense of the word - very cash rich - privy to many of Ruto’s darkest crimes - probably one of the top three figures in William Ruto’s “hustler organization” - resourceful in a criminal brutish way - very shrewd when it comes to instinctive execution - not formally educated - not well mannered - an ardent believer in, William Ruto in a very cultish way - without moral constraints - tribalistic but he does not believe that he is a tribalist - very insecure - very ambitious -very dangerous We already wrote about the illicit/criminal cash collection and cash deployment role Sudi “allegedly” plays in the Ruto Regime, so we shall not dwell on that. You can read about it in the “Would you Buy Lunch for Oscar Sudi?” Article. What we will touch on now are some other aspects of the Sudi phenomenon. It would seem that Oscar Sudi came from a very deprived background. But, he has proved himself to William Ruto, by being very industrious, and willing to do a lot of Ruto’s dirty business, including but not limited to serving as the CS for Matusi. For this, William Ruto has rewarded him with a lot of ill-gotten riches and power. The two are now mutually entwined and mutually obligated. We have very little doubt in our minds that Sudi is a murderer. He kind of has the mentality of a 'child soldier'. (Watch "Beasts of No Nation" on Netflix to get an insight into the world of child soldiers.) Sudi’s only compass seems to be directed by William Ruto, whom he idolizes. During the pretty shocking interview on the Obina Show, Oscar Sudi expressed his deep admiration for William Ruto. He also lashed out when asked what he’d do to anyone who would steal from Kapseret CDF resources. Throughout the interview, hints of a simmering viciousness were evident, but this particular issue triggered him. Our reading of the moment is as follows. In Oscar Sudi’s mind, anything William Ruto orders is okay. Anything William Ruto does not order is fair game. And whereas we are almost certain he has been involved in graft, in Sudi’s mind, graft is only bad when someone outside William Ruto’s approved list does it. We strongly suspect that Oscar Sudi was very involved on the ground during the genocidal Post Election Violence of 2007 - 2008. Most of us accept that William Ruto was not on the ground, wielding crude weapons and burning people in churches and homes, but certainly he had trusted goons on the ground coordinating and doing the actual work of stealing, murdering and destroying. It was not done by ghosts. Real people did the real crimes while Ruto was in Nairobi, vigorously arguing against the Kibaki Regime’s undemocratic electoral crimes. One of the most dangerous things, is an ill-equipped person, in a position of power, who has little to no moral foundation and no respect for others. Oscar Sudi is beginning to really imagine that he is the “Engineer” who can “panga panga” things for William Ruto. But consider the video clip in which he rudely forces his way between William and Rachel Ruto, pushing Rachel Ruto aside in the process, in a very self-absorbed officious manner. The behaviour seemed to be part of Oscar’s bid to “show his value and importance” by getting to the stage first and requesting the microphone for his mentor William Ruto. In Oscar Sudi’s mind he is being “helpful”, he is being “the man”, he is being “visible and powerful”. (Especially as he seeks to capitalise on the opportunity that the absence of Farouk Kibet affords. No doubt Oscar Sudi believes, as he has said before, that he can do both Farouk’s and Murkomen’s work more ‘effectively’.) Wananchi Watukufu. Ni mbayaaaa! People like Oscar Sudi are wielding power in the Ruto Administration. This is an unbelievably BAD situation. Oscar Sudi can be understood as something of an uneducated version of William Ruto, or for you older folks, a more primitive version of Idi Amin. The Ruto Organization, not the Ruto government, we mean the REAL Ruto Organization that actually makes decisions and runs things is grotesquely criminal and crude. Ruto, who himself is a thief and a criminal, is now having to come to terms with the fact that while he has used goons and various other forms of criminality to both enrich himself and claw himself to the top office, now that he IS in the top office, there is nobody above him to blame or undermine for his failures (though he is trying very hard to blame Uhuru Kenyatta). Ruto has neither the experience nor the personnel to run a legitimate operation. Imagine having Oscar Sudi, Yoweri Museveni, Hemedti, Aden Duale, Farouk Kibet and Wicknell Chivayo as your REAL cabinet/board of management in matters of strategic “national” interest? This is a bunch of PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT KENYANS and MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO BE OF ANY INFLUENCE IN KENYAN AFFAIRS. Dear Wananchi Watukufu wa Kenya. If we do not take this terrible situation very seriously, we are well and truly FUCKED. Please realize the need to make absolutely sure that William Ruto and his rogues' gallery of criminals NEVER AGAIN, hold any public office, that their means to cause trouble are well and truly NEUTRALIZED, and, very importantly, that those who are Kenyan, face thorough INVESTIGATION, PROSECUTION and due JUSTICE under Kenyan Law and The Kenya Constitution. #WANTAM #RutoMustGoToJail

A city-based eye surgeon was booked after his wife, a government doctor, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at her rented residence in Jalandhar on Wednesday. The deceased, Dr Meenakshi, was found hanging in a room of the house. Police have registered a case against her husband, Dr Piyush, an eye surgeon associated with a prominent eye hospital in the city, under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for abetment to suicide. Investigations are underway and authorities are awaiting the postmortem report to ascertain the exact cause of death. The case took a serious turn after family members alleged that Meenakshi had been subjected to domestic abuse and mental harassment for several years. They also claimed that she had recently discovered that loans amounting to nearly Rs 2.5 crore had been taken in her name without her knowledge or consent. According to her family, the victim, who was serving as a doctor at a government hospital in Kapurthala, had been living separately from her husband since July 2025 due to marital disputes. Her parents alleged that she was planning to seek a divorce and had recently begun exploring the purchase of a separate house. The matter allegedly came to light when she approached a bank regarding a housing loan and learned that liabilities worth approximately Rs 2.5 crore were already linked to her name. Family members claimed that her signatures did not appear on the relevant loan documents and that subsequent checks of her CIBIL records revealed about the huge loan. Her father, Pramod Kumar, alleged that the discovery of the loans caused immense mental distress to his daughter. He further claimed that the loans included financing linked to vehicles and business-related activities. The family has also accused Piyush of maintaining an extra-marital relationship with a nurse employed at the same hospital. According to the complainants, Meenakshi became suspicious and later examined CCTV footage from the hospital, which they claim supported her suspicions. The family said the footage has been handed over to the police as part of the investigation. Her parents further alleged that she had been subjected to physical assault and harassment. They claimed there had been previous incidents of violence and that Piyush would occasionally contact them after altercations, expressing regret over his behaviour. Parents also claimed that last year he tried to kill her by strangling. “We are being told it is a suicide, but we do not know whether it was suicide or something else. The postmortem examination will reveal the truth,” she said. The family has demanded the immediate arrest of Piyush and a thorough investigation into the circumstances leading to Meenakshi’s death, including the alleged financial transactions and claims of harassment. The media persons tried contacting Piyush, but no response was made till the filing of this report.

BREAKING: Former Zamfara Gov’t Insider Drops Explosive Testimony Confirms Allegations of Payments, Cattle Deals & Support for Notorious Bandits! Media Must See This! 👀🔥 Former Zamfara government aide, Musa Muhammad Kamara, has issued a series of serious allegations while reacting to a recent lawsuit filed against Malam Murtala Bello Assada. The lawsuit reportedly accuses Assada of defaming former Zamfara State Governor, Dr. Bello Muhammad Matawalle, now Nigeria’s Minister of Defence by linking him to bandit groups. In a video statement, Kamara claimed he was surprised to see the case online and decided to speak out. He asserted that some of Assada’s allegations were true, and he personally participated in certain activities during the previous administration. According to Kamara: • Vehicles for Bandit Leaders: He alleged that vehicles were indeed purchased and delivered to top bandit commanders, including Bello Turji, Kachalla, and Ado Alero. • Purchase of “Dusa” (animal feed): Kamara claimed that he handled the contract to buy dusa later distributed to bandits. He said each local government in Zamfara contributed ₦3 million, totaling ₦42 million, which he said was deposited into his personal account for the purchase of 28,000 bags. He added that he has bank statements to prove the transactions. • Release of a Bandit Leader: Kamara backed the claim that a notorious bandit known as Haru Dole, allegedly arrested with 500 rifles, was released after Dr. Bashir Maro, then Chairman of the Hospital Services Management Board intervened on behalf of the government. • House Bought for Bello Turji: He confirmed the allegation that a house was purchased for the bandit leader, claiming he personally handled the transaction. • Purchase of Rustled Cattle: Kamara further alleged that he was awarded a contract worth ₦88 million to buy cattle from bandits for distribution during Sallah celebrations. He claimed he bought the cattle from Kachalla Halilu and Turji at ₦140,000 each and was instructed that they be handed over to citizens at ₦50,000, with an additional ₦10,000 provided for transportation. Kamara also described an incident where a man recognized and tried to reclaim his stolen cattle during transport. According to him, Governor Matawalle ordered that the cattle be brought to him, but they were eventually handed over to the former Commissioner for Security, Abubakar Dauran, instead of the owner. Kamara concluded by asking Malam Murtala Bello Assada to include him as a witness in court, saying he is ready to testify. Note: All statements above represent allegations made by Musa Muhammad Kamara and have not been independently verified.

🚨⚠️📢FOUND: SHOCKING VIDEO INTERVIEW ABOUT WILLIAM RUTO‼️Why is nobody talking about this⁉️Why are people not bringing this up⁉️This is such a damning "origin story"‼️For sure, William Ruto must not be on the 2027 ballot‼️Transcript below: Gachoka: Now, moving away from that. I also then want to say, as he retired, he left Rift Valley, without a leader to take his position. Over the years, there has been several attempts to take over the mantle. The late Nicolas Biwott. For example, your friend Senator Gideon Moi and now the DP, William Ruto. Let's now maybe agree that Ruto is the kingpin in the Rift Valley. How would you contrast the two? Jirongo: Yes. William Ruto could be the kingpin in Rift Valley today, but I think, it is a misplaced choice in my, blunt view. That, if I had to look at Gideon Moi, and look at William Ruto, they are far apart. Maybe William has learned to socialize, but he doesn't socialize genuinely. And, it is taking Gideon time to actually socialize. But the two are miles apart, one is a human being and another one is something else. Gachoka: Let's then, first of all, look at this man, William Ruto. Cyrus, people who are younger may not know of YK92 or your role when President Moi was fighting for political life, is that you are mobilizing the youth of Kenya and so forth, and you then got together with Ruto. Could you give us a synopsis of YK92 and how you met Ruto? Jirongo: YK92 was a lobby group, just eh young men coming together who were able and, they went flat out to try and mobilize the country for retired President Moi. Gachoka: What period was this Cyrus? Jirongo: This was 91. And, ending up in 92 and up to 93. The earlier parts of 93 after elections. And the purpose was that at one time there was serious agitation of multipartyism in the Republic. And, the agitation had gone on for quite some time. Repeal of section 2A so that multipartyism could be accepted in the Republic of Kenya. And it was not easy, particularly for the people. There were so many things going on, it was difficult from the Moi [era]. And we, we came in to try to, to, to to work with him. Gachoka: And let me then say, at that time, of 91 and so on. You were the chairman of YK92, what role was William Ruto in YK92? Because I'm trying to find out how your relationship began. Jirongo: William Ruto was never part of, Youth for KANU 92. William, William Ruto was one of the young men who spent their time at KICC, at the youth and the women's office with Doctor Julia Ojiambo. I actually came to know William Ruto, properly, after elections in 1993. We worked closely with Julia Ojiambo. And that is how, I ended up knowing Ruto. And specifically when he came in to try and get some orders to supply t-shirts and all those sorts of things. Gachoka: I see. So, in terms of the joining KANU as a party and becoming an operative, you were very close to President Moi. Obviously Ruto began his political life then, how did he enter into the Moi orbit? And, what do you remember... Jirongo: The truth be said, William Ruto. Then after the 1992, campaign where we lobbied, for votes for Moi, he then looked for friendship with me through Fred Amayo, and they pushed very hard. I was a bit hesitant, but, because of something that had happened and, I talked to Amayo, I told Fred Amayo, this young man, you brought him into my office and asked me to give him a contract to supply 10,000 T-shirts. You remember, he did not supply the 10,000. Instead, he brought a thousand T-shirts and repeatedly, delivered the same, t-shirts ten times. So we ended up paying, or I ended up paying him 1.2 million shillings because a t-shirt then was about, 120 shillings for the delivery of only a thousand shillings [t-shirts]. What he did was he tried and corrupted the young boys who were in the stores, and, he would deliver a thousand t-shirts. They give it back to him, he delivers again, and they give it back for him, ten times. And so I paid him, 1.2 million instead of, paying him for a thousand t-shirts, which would have been 120,000. And that is the reason why I resisted when Fred Amayo tried to push him, to become closer so that we work together after, disbanding YK92. Gachoka: Right. So the Kenyans can understand his journey after that. How did he then jump in to be an assistant minister in the Moi government? Jirongo: That is far much, much later we worked together then, Amayo succeeded Fred Amayo, and we worked together with William in the same office until 1997. And, some of the things I feared, when Amayo, was trying to push him closer, came to pass, including you agree with somebody, there is this work you need to do, He comes back and gives you the wrong quote. You give him money. The same money is discovered in his car in the evening. Those kind of things. Gachoka: You know Cyrus I bring this issue because, the deputy president, was quoted and, in, in a, in the function saying that the problem with you, you never, move from the past, ulikuwa mkubwa wake ama mdosi. Sasa wewe huwezi kukubali amekuwa mdosi. Jirongo: You see, Gachoka: I want Kenyans to understand that history. Jirongo: When you try to get to whatever position using whatever means, including fraud, deception, and which is a hallmark of a lot of politicians in this country. Unfortunately, I was not made like that. I do my things fairly, in a very straight way, I do not, take advantage of people. He does take advantage of people. He worked with President Moi, President Moi made him a deputy minister, and, he moved on. I introduced him to President Moi. After that, he got rid of Moi, Moi meant nothing. He became Raila’s friend. After that, Raila meant nothing. He stepped on Raila very roughly, tried to penetrate the Kibaki regime, finally ending up, through struggle because I know actually Uhuru resisted working with, with Ruto for quite a while through friends. Paul Ndungu tried to get him closer, Uhuru refused. It is, Wanjigi who finally managed to push Ruto through to Uhuru. But I think Uhuru also read that there is a bit of trouble here, because history could tell him that this is a man, if he has no respect for Jirongo. He has no respect for Moi. He has no respect, for Raila. And these are people who he has worked with in politics, and tried, these people have played a role in his political life. Who am I Uhuru Kenyatta, that this man is going to work with me and he respect me, and we will work together for the good of this country. Gachoka: So Jirongo, because this is Point Blank, Jirongo: Yes. Gachoka: Are you telling Kenyans, who are watching you today that Ruto and Uhuru are, it's not, it's not, it's not it's not working? Jirongo: They are not cut from the same leaf as I might say. They are totally two different people. You have somebody who is, deceptive and you have somebody who is genuine and straight. It's very difficult for the two of you to work together competently and efficiently. Gachoka: I have to ask you this because, from where you sit, there's confusing headlines every day. There's tanga tanga, kieleweke names that are all there out there in the media. But many times when the deputy president is speaking, he says nimetumwa na mdoss, he has sent me here with 5 million or a million, then tomorrow the headline they have fallen apart, they are not, you know Jirongo this country's in 2020, and I just would like you to tell Kenyans. Is it broken with Kenyatta and Ruto? Jirongo: I'm not seeing it working and I saw it not working from the word go. It can never work, because as I've told you, you are dealing with totally two different individuals. Gachoka: And then if that is the case, I wanted to say this, is it Kenyatta who betrayed Ruto? because at least where the news headlines are, is that Kenyatta na Ruto walikuwa pamoja na Kenyatta anadanganya Ruto, anampokonya, he is not keeping his word. Why do you think this has broken down? Jirongo: History can bear out, honorable Uhuru Kenyatta on this, one, William Ruto fell out with the retired president Moi, he fell out with Raila. He fell out with me. And, it is usual for him after he has used you and the thinks, you have no value anymore, the first time maybe, their first five years, Uhuru was useful. But for now, Uhuru is irrelevant as far as William is concerned, he wants to get to the next. And whoever he can use, that's why he's always in Central Province places. As a deputy president, if I'm going to my president’s turf, surely I need his blessings and tell him I'm going to your turf, What message do you give me? What I can tell you without, flinching an eye, most of those incursions Ruto has been making in, Central Province. There they stem from realizing, as far as he is concerned, that Uhuru is of no value to me anymore. Let me go. Let me see who I can groom, and, the people I’ll work with, to achieve my ends. And, of course, you expect Uhuru to be frustrated, other than the other issues that have, played out very loudly, including corruption. Gachoka: Well, Cyrus Jirongo says, retired President Daniel Arap Moi and the upcoming William Samoei arap Ruto are different people cut from different cloths. Jirongo contends that Ruto dumped him or used him, and he did the same to retired Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Is there more than meets the eye to William Ruto? 🚨 Federal Indictment: Founder of Louisville’s Kristy Love Foundation Charged in Alleged Multi-Million Dollar Medicaid Fraud Scheme Louisville, KY — Angela Renfro, founder of the Kristy Love Foundation (also operating as Kristy Loves), a nonprofit that has worked with survivors of human trafficking, trauma, and addiction, was federally indicted on June 17, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. According to the indictment and reporting from WLKY and WAVE3 News, Renfro faces 28 counts of health care fraud, conspiracy to commit health care fraud, identity theft, and aggravated identity theft. She is charged alongside Briana Gosnell and two associated businesses: KLF Company, LLC and Freedom Center, LLC. Key Allegations from the Indictment Prosecutors allege that between March 30, 2020, and January 9, 2024, Renfro and Gosnell submitted more than $11 million ($11,049,088.08) in fraudulent and unauthorized claims to Kentucky Medicaid. Approximately $10.7 million was allegedly paid out. The scheme reportedly involved: • Billing Medicaid for services that were fraudulent, unauthorized, or never rendered. • Using multiple APRNs’ (Advanced Practice Registered Nurses) and other clinicians’ National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers without their knowledge or authorization. • Routing claims through KLF Company, LLC (linked to Renfro) and Freedom Center, LLC (linked to Gosnell and Renfro). The Kristy Love Foundation Inc. itself was registered as a nonprofit by Renfro in 2012. The indictment centers on the billing activities of the associated LLCs rather than direct diversion of charitable donations or grants. This indictment is part of a broader federal and state effort targeting Medicaid fraud in Kentucky. Earlier reporting (2019–2020) also documented issues with the foundation operating an unlicensed/illegal halfway house in a Louisville residential neighborhood, which drew neighbor complaints and city enforcement action. 🧐 Governor Andy Beshear’s Past Association During his time as Kentucky Attorney General, Andy Beshear participated in public events supporting anti-human trafficking efforts. This included: • A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a Kristy Love Foundation facility. • Speaking at awareness events and fundraisers where the organization was recognized for survivor services. Public records and contemporary news coverage from 2017–2018 document these appearances alongside the foundation and founder Angela Renfro. Following the indictment, some social media discussion has resurfaced old photos and events from Beshear’s AG years, raising questions about past associations with the organization. However, these appearances were part of broader public support for human trafficking awareness and survivor services at the time. No official investigation or statement has linked the Governor to the fraud allegations. The core story is a serious federal healthcare fraud case involving a nonprofit founder and associated entities billing Kentucky Medicaid for over $11 million in disputed claims. The organization had a prior public profile in anti-trafficking work and faced earlier regulatory issues with a residential facility. Any broader questions about political associations or oversight are secondary to the specific allegations against the charged individuals which will be tested in federal court. Sources for this summary include court filings referenced in reporting by WLKY, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

IG of Police Is a Blackmailer Who Plays to the Gallery – Osun Information Commissioner, Kolapo Alimi The Osun State Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi, has strongly criticised the Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, accusing him of "playing to the gallery" during his recent visit to Osun State and alleging that his comments were politically motivated. Speaking during a podcast aired on Sunday in both Yoruba and English, Alimi described the Inspector-General as a "blackmailer" whose conduct was allegedly intended to serve the interests of the opposition APC rather than uphold professional policing. According to the Commissioner, the Inspector-General's public comments suggesting that Governor Ademola Adeleke was harbouring suspected criminals in the Government House were inappropriate and inconsistent with the conduct expected of the nation's highest-ranking police officer. Alimi said: "A truly unbiased and professional police officer would have discussed the issue with the Governor behind the scenes instead of making such uncomplimentary and unsubstantiated remarks in the presence of journalists. That was done in bad faith. That is a subtle blackmail to destroy the reputation of the Governor. That is playing to the gallery to seek public validation. That was unbecoming of a professional and diligent Inspector-General of Police. A diligent police officer should have got the touted criminals arrested before even coming to Osun if truly the Governor is harbouring criminals." The Commissioner maintained that the Inspector-General's remarks were biased and politically motivated, alleging that they were aimed at advancing the interests of the APC rather than ensuring impartial law enforcement. It will be recalled that during his meeting with Governor Ademola Adeleke last Thursday, the Inspector-General of Police stated that he had been briefed by the Commissioner of Police in Osun State that some wanted suspects, including Emir Ajagungbade, Nurudeen Alowonle, Solomon Adefioye (popularly known as Solo Iwara), Jide Jọda and other persons on the police wanted list, were allegedly taking refuge within the Osun State Government House, thereby preventing their arrest by the police. Governor Adeleke, however, rejected the allegation, insisting that no wanted criminal was being shielded within the Government House.

#ChivayoInStateHouseMeetingScandal #BarredFromSeeingNigerianBillionaire Prominent and flamboyant ex-convict tenderpreneur Wicknell Chivayo gatecrashed State House in Harare yesterday in a desperate bid to attend the meeting between President Emmerson Mnangagwa and Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote to sign a US$1 billion investment deal, but was barred from the event. The incident left Mnangagwa's security and protocol teams fretting, and those attending the event bewildered. Chivayo had lied to his hangers-on that he was going to meet Dangote to sign a mega deal and officials were waiting for him at State House. His social media hacks started posting false stories about the issue, with the narrative that he had an appointment with Mnangagwa and Dangote. Chivayo used that false claim to worm his way into State House to try to gatecrash the meeting for a photo opportunity as there was no business deal between him and Dangote. Before that, Chivayo had begged state officials and organisers to attend the event, but was rebuffed. Apart from Mnangagwa and Dangote, the meeting was attended by cabinet ministers, government officials and business executives. Chivayo, who has expressed public ambitions to be a billionaire and always hobnobs with Presidents in Africa and rich people whenever he gets a chance, stormed State House - uninvited - and tried to gatecrash the meeting, but was stopped dead in his tracks by Mnangagwa's aides, including his son Sean, who is part of the close security unit, and turned away. "It was drama; a spectacle. Chivayo was not invited to the meeting. He had spent some time trying to convince the President's protocol and security teams that he should be allowed to attend the Dangote meeting. He begged them for days, but all in vain. He badly wanted to see Dangote and pitch his quick-buck schemes, but, as usual, he had also seen a big photo opportunity for himself. So he contrived to deceive or scam his hangers-on and state officials. All he wanted was to get a photo with Dangote to enhance his status and in the process scam people that he is signing deals with the richest man in Africa, wealthiest black person in the world. Chivayo likes Dangote, but for his own interests. Yes, he truly admires him, but the difference is that one is a genuine businessman, while the other is a tenderpreneur. Their business models, values and ambitions are so different, and not aligned at all. One is building generational wealth, while the other one is looking for tenders, fame and flamboyance for temporary gratification," a senior government official who attended the meeting told The NewsHawks. "Chivayo's plan this time failed. He had plotted this after failing to get invited to the meeting. Under false pretences, he then negotiated his way at the gate into State House, which is a security breach I'm told, and tried to force his way into the meeting, but he was stopped. He was told it was not possible to attend because he was not invited. His attempt to name-drop the President was promptly and curtly rejected. He was told to go away, so he was embarrassed and humiliated." Journalists covering the event say they saw Chivayo walking towards State House offices after parking his car. "I saw him walking from his car coming to State House offices where we were, carrying a brown envelope and thought he had been invited last minute, but it soon became clear he was trying to gatecrash the meeting. This reminds me of the way he manoeuvred to take a photo with Kenyan President William Ruto at Trade Fair in Bulawayo last year. Out of that deft move, he has now become Ruto's friend and has got business opportunities in Kenya. That is his business model - infleunce-peddling; hence he has met many Presidents in the region, among them those from Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Nigeria and Malawi, among others. But this time it failed. It was really embarrassing. After the drama, he walked away with his tail between his legs."

BREAKING — Israeli professor Dr. Gal Luft, the "missing witness" in the Biden corruption investigation, accuses the Bidens of receiving bribes from individuals linked to Chinese military intelligence and using an FBI mole named "One Eye" to share classified information with CEFC China Energy. In an exclusive video obtained by Miranda Devine at The Post, Luft claims that he provided incriminating evidence to six officials from the FBI and the Department of Justice during a secret meeting in Brussels in March 2019, but he alleges that it was covered up. According to Luft, he voluntarily informed the US government about a potential security breach and compromising information regarding Joe Biden, who was vying to be the next president at the time. However, instead of being recognized as a whistleblower, he claims to have now become the target of the very same people he informed. Luft asserts that his recent arrest in Cyprus was an attempt to prevent him from testifying to the House Oversight Committee about the Biden family's alleged corruption. Luft denies being an arm dealer stating that he "has never traded a bullet in his entire life." He further states that "nowhere in my indictment has the DOJ claimed or presented evidence that I bought, sold shipped or financed any weapons." Luft alleges that Joe Biden, shortly after his vice presidential term, attended a meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC, with his son Hunter and officials from CEFC. Luft claims that his account of the meeting was later corroborated when the famous laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, which contained all the emails and receipts, was handed to the FBI. According to Luft, CEFC was paying Hunter $100,000 a month and his uncle Jim Biden $65,000 in exchange for their connections and the use of the Biden name to promote China's Belt and Road Initiative globally. Luft denies operating as an unregistered foreign agent and questions why he is being indicted for ghostwriting an innocuous article for which he received no payment when the Bidens' influence-peddling on behalf of foreign governments goes unpunished. "Why does the mother of all FARA cases which is the Biden's systemic influence peddling on behalf of foreign governments for which they raked in millions go unpunished?" Luft challenges the government to release the minutes of the Brussels meeting and make public the evidence against him.

South Africa’s new Health Minister, Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi, has criticised Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his administration and other African leaders for seeking medical treatment in other continents while failing to provide adequate healthcare at home for their citizens. Dr. Motsoaledi used an analogy of a father who tells his children to eat next door at lunchtime, highlighting the disparity between the government's actions and their responsibilities. During his tenure as Home Affairs Minister, Dr. Motsoaledi pointed out that seventy percent of women giving birth at South Africa’s Musina Hospital in Limpopo province were from Zimbabwe. This situation is exacerbated by the fact that Zimbabwe’s largest hospital has only one maternity theater, which was built in 1977 by Ian Smith. Consequently, 2,500 Zimbabwean women die each year during childbirth. Despite the billions of dollars looted by President Mnangagwa and his associates since coming into power through a military coup supported by Britain, they have failed to build a single maternity theatre at the country’s biggest hospital, which would cost only US$37,000. The one which is working was built by the colonial government and refurbished by Stanbic Bank after the bank realised that there was no single working maternity theatre at all at this hospital. Dr. Motsoaledi's remarks highlight a critical issue in Zimbabwe, the stark contrast between the government’s failure to provide basic healthcare services and the luxury of its officials seeking treatment abroad. Robert Mugabe died in Singapore, where he spent millions of taxpayer dollars on cancer treatment. Mnangagwa went to South Africa for his treatment the last time he publicly sought healthcare, and Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga receives treatment in China, traveling on private jets funded by taxpayers. The significant number of Zimbabwean women giving birth at Musina Hospital underscores the dire state of maternal healthcare in Zimbabwe. The situation is further disheartening when considering the rampant corruption and disregard for the well being of the Zimbabwean people. Dr. Motsoaledi's analogy effectively illustrates the Zimbabwean government’s failure to fulfill its duty to provide essential healthcare services for its citizens. Unlike a neighbour without money or food, Zimbabwe actually has the money, but it has a corrupt president who is indifferent to the suffering of his citizens. Dr. Motsoaledi spoke about a patient from Zimbabwe with stage 4 cancer, and yet Mnangagwa is not embarrassed and doesn’t care that all of Zimbabwe’s public hospitals have not had a single working cancer radiotherapy treatment machine for over three years. When I was invited by the United Nations and the Geneva Summit for Human Rights to speak in Geneva and mentioned this, Mnangagwa’s regime threatened to imprison me for the fourth time, having already jailed me three times for exposing how Mnangagwa and his family shamelessly looted COVID-19 funds. The million dollar question is; With all this information that Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi has on hand, why does his political party the African National Congress support and defend Mnangagwa’s irresponsible actions that have burdened South Africa’s public hospitals?

𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐎: '𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞, ' 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐬 Popular skit maker, Mark Angel, has cautioned youths and residents of Rivers State to steer clear of the ongoing political crisis in the state. His warning follows President Bola Tinubu’s decision to suspend Governor Siminalayi Fubara, his deputy, and all elected members of the House of Assembly for six months. Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas has been appointed as the state's administrator. Mark Angel stressed that the conflict stems from political disagreements and broken agreements between government factions, issues that do not concern the public, especially young people. He urged them to focus on their businesses, health, and personal development rather than getting entangled in political disputes. In a video shared on his Instagram handle on Wednesday, the 33-year-old Rivers-born content creator recalled how he and his team had warned about such a crisis through their skits two years ago, though their concerns were dismissed at the time. Mark said: “My fellow Rivers state people and all residents especially the youths, it is not your matter, it does not concern you. It is government versus government. The government said they had an agreement with the other government. “Now the agreement did not hold even though they have their personal issues. But what I want to let you know is that this is not your concern. We said a lot of jokes and made skits about this issue about two years ago, we were warning that this was going to happen, now it has happened. “The government ignored those videos, tagging them as jokes and skits but now it is being manifested. So leave them to fight their fight, if they announce military rule for 10 years, no problem. As long as we can come out, do our businesses, eat and progress in the society. “Do not fight over someone else’s issues. The governor who is asking us to protest, how did he enter power? All of us know now, so they know themselves, let them settle their issues, do not get involved.” Credit: Instagram | markangelcomedy --- Follow us for more breaking news and videos

A PORT HARCOURT RESIDENT ESCAPED LYNCH£D BY NORTHERNERS AT RUMUOLA A Port Harcourt resident, Charles Opurum, has alleged that he was almost lynched by a group of northerners during a violent incident at a Restopark fueling station in Rumuola. HE SHARES HIS STORY👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 "Yesterday I suffered a very vicious attack at the hands of northerners at Restopark fueling station Rumuola. On trying to access the station to buy petrol for my car the entrance was blocked by a vehicle apparently negotiating with an elderly northerner. I kept honking for him to get out of the way so I could get in. It took them over 15 seconds before the vehicle moved. The northerner starts cussing me out for honking at them. Me too I replied him from within my car as I drove past him towards the pump. As I alighted from the vehicle the man approached me aggressively and slapped me unprovoked. I immediately returned the slap with power that knocked him back. In a split second I was surrounded by the northerners there. They were hitting me from all angles, (one even used his prayer chaplet on me) but I managed to drive away from there. However a policeman attached to the fueling station astonishingly smashed my front and back windshields. One of them that was hanging on my vehicle and punching me fell off as I was driving away and my tire climbed his foot. I immediately went to the police to report. The DPO of Rumuepirikom police station, CSP John Ayah sent 3 patrol vehicles to arrest the perpetrators. Can you imagine that all the Aboki people there came out like ants as though to resist the police? Some of them were even still threatening me right there in front of the policemen. Anyways the baba that caused the issue by slapping me was picked up along with a handful of others. On seeing me, the manager of the fueling station expressed his regrets at how I was treated and provided me with the CCTV footage of the incident. Now the story shifts to the DPO’s office. The baba twisted the story and said I attacked them first. He claimed that he was kneeling and begging me and that as I drove in I came down and started beating him. The other guy who was injured said he was on his own when I ran him over. When questioned about why he smashed my windshields, the policeman from the fueling station claimed he thought I was one of those people who came to buy fuel and run away without paying and that’s why he smashed my windshields. The DPO told him he was very stupid for saying that. Anyways, after they watched the CCTV footage the DPO said “baba na you first slap am! Camera don show say na you first slap am.” The secretary of the Rivers Arewa community saw the video and told them to keep quiet and stop denying. He spoke in Hausa to them and they all kept quiet. As for the one who said I ran him over unprovoked, the footage showed him hanging from my vehicle as I drove away, it showed how he fell off. My colleagues Joe and Ogochukwu said afterwards that the northerners there twisted the story claiming that I came there and attacked a woman and the baba was trying to intervene and I slapped him. Na wa!! Anyways, they started begging me for forgiveness, they paid for me to get a new set of windshields as well as fix the dents on my car. While that’s okay, it’s not enough for me as I’m going to see the CP to make sure that useless policeman is dealt with ruthlessly for damaging my windshields. I thank the DPO for his proactive response and professionalism. The welts on my arm were caused by the impact of the chaplet when it made contact with my arm".

Reverend Dr Kupa Mtata, convenor of Sungano yeVanhu/Ubumbano loMphakathi (The People’s Coalition), has defended the coalition’s campaign against Constitutional Amendment No. 3, arguing that the proposed changes cannot lawfully proceed without the direct consent of Zimbabweans through a referendum. Speaking at the launch of the coalition—which brings together the Defend the Constitution Platform (DCP), Constitution Defence Forum (CDF), National Constitutional Assembly (NCA), Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU), Zimbabwe Constitution Movement (ZICOMO) and the War Veterans Pressure Group—Dr Mtata said the campaign was about defending the Constitution rather than supporting any political party. “I am here as a churchman, not as a partisan politician,” he said. “This is about honouring the agreement we made together as a nation and ensuring that the Constitution remains supreme, not the ambitions of politicians.” Dr Mtata argued that the Constitution is a covenant created collectively by Zimbabweans and that no individual or group has the authority to alter key provisions without the people’s genuine consent. He accused the government of violating the Constitution in four fundamental ways. First, he said there had been a procedural violation because citizens were not genuinely consulted on the proposed amendments. Instead of allowing open national debate, he said, the proposals were presented through state-controlled media as decisions that citizens were simply expected to accept, while opposing views were denied space. “This is not consultation,” he said. “This is propaganda.” Secondly, Mtata alleged that Parliament had been corrupted, claiming some legislators had abandoned the interests of their constituents for personal gain. “When parliamentarians are bought like goods in a market, that is not leadership. That is corruption,” he said, arguing that MPs who ignore the wishes of those who elected them lose their moral legitimacy to represent the people. His third concern was what he described as intimidation and harassment of citizens who opposed the Bill. According to Mtata, individuals who criticised the proposed amendments had been threatened or intimidated, undermining freedom of expression and weakening democracy. “When people are denied the right to express opinions that differ from those in power, that is not democracy. That is dictatorship,” he said. Mtata argued that Constitutional Amendment No. 3 unlawfully bypasses the referendum requirement contained in Section 328 of the Constitution. He said the Constitution expressly requires certain amendments to be approved directly by citizens through a referendum, particularly where changes affect the tenure or powers of those already in office. “The people, not Parliament, not politicians—must decide through a referendum,” he said. “Those entrusted with power should not extend their stay in office without the direct permission of the people.” Mtata concluded by urging Zimbabweans to defend the Constitution, insisting that the country’s founding law belongs to its citizens and cannot be changed without their freely given consent.

🚨UPDATE: Trial hears two women who accused Sir Jeffrey Donaldson of sexually abusing them claim he subjected them to “difficult and traumatic incidents” when they were children 🎤Chief Reporter James from Newry Crown Court. The former DUP Leader is accused of rape and several counts of gross indecency and of indecent assault. He has pleaded not guilty to the 18 alleged offences. The charges span between 1985 and 2008 involving two alleged victims. Mr Donaldson’s wife Lady Eleanor Donaldson, denies several charges of aiding and abetting her husband’s alleged offending. She is facing a trial of the facts. Barrister Rosemary Walsh KC opened the prosecution case by summarising the evidence. She told the jury they would hear evidence from witnesses as well as police interviews carried out with the Donaldsons at the time of their arrest in 2024. Ms Walsh said two complainants had come forward to police more than two years ago and reported “difficult and traumatic incidents they say happened when they were children”. She said the evidence of the two complainants would in part be delivered during the trial by pre-recorded interviews. She said they would be cross-examined by barristers but would not come into the court. Ms Walsh said that in March 2024 Complainant B told police that she had been sexually abused when she was a child and that she remembered two incidents “vividly”. In the first alleged incident, she told the police that Jeffrey Donaldson had put his hands down her underwear, pulled her legs apart and then sexually assaulted her. In the second incident she told police that Donaldson had lifted her top and started to touch her breasts. Ms Walsh said Complainant B had said there were other incidents and that Donaldson had put his hands down her pants “a lot”. The barrister told the jury that Complainant B had later been at a meeting with Donaldson at a Christian centre and he had “apologised to her for what had happened in the past”. Ms Walsh then turned to the evidence that would be presented during the trial by Complainant A. Complainant A also made a statement to police in March 2024. She alleged that Donaldson touched her on a number of occasions under her top when she was a child. She told police that touching her had become something he had “done quite often”. She told police that Donaldson would make comments about her appearance, including the size of her breasts. She recalled one incident where she claimed that Donaldson had been “looking at her private parts”. The jury was told that the Donaldsons had been arrested on March 28 2024 and were subject to a number of police interviews. In Jeffrey Donaldson’s interview, when Complainant B’s account was put to him, he said it was “unbelievable” that he would have touched her in a sexual way. Regarding Complainant A, he denied that he ever rubbed her breast. Eleanor Donaldson is facing a trial of the facts, not a criminal trial, after Judge Paul Ramsey ruled her unfit to stand trial on mental health grounds. The trial of the facts will test the evidence in the case but cannot result in a criminal conviction. It is being heard by the same jury, with proceedings against both Donaldsons running simultaneously as part of one overall trial process presided over by Judge Ramsey. The trial continues.

𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐎: 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐬 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐨 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞? 𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐢 Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has sharply criticized a former Rivers State governor, Dr. Peter Odili, accusing him of self-interest. He also asked between himself and Odili, who has turned Rivers State into his personal estate? Speaking at a thanksgiving service organised by the factional Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Martin Chike Amaewhule, at the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Oro-Igwe/Eliogbolo Archdeaconry Church of the Holy Spirit, Eliozu Parish, Port Harcourt, on Sunday, Wike, through a statement by his media aide Lere Olayinka, lamented Odili’s alleged habit of prioritizing personal gain over statesmanship. Olayinka quoted Wike as saying that it was unfortunate that somebody who is supposed to be seen as an elder statesman and called a father can reduce himself to a sycophant and a trader. He asked; “Must you be a trader all the time? As governor for eight years, what else are you looking for?” The Minister said; “You know, I didn’t want to say anything. But somebody called me last night and told me what someone said on social media. I said until I read it myself. This morning, I read in the newspapers what our former governor, Sir Dr Peter Odili, said. “What did he say? He said that the present governor has been able to stop one man who wanted to convert Rivers State to his personal estate. He further, pointed to several appointments allegedly dominated by Odili's family members and questioned his past contributions as governor. “Between him and myself, who has turned Rivers State to his personal estate? His wife is a chairman of Governing Council, his daughter is a Commissioner, his other daughter is a Judge, and he is the general overseer. Who has now turned Rivers State to his private estate? I am sure if care is not taken, if there is a chance, he can even arrange a marriage for the governor. “It was his nephew, his late senior brother’s son that was recommended for Commissioner. He took the slot and gave it to his own daughter. Someone who didn’t remember to stand for the son of his late elder brother, is that an elder statesman?” He added, “All of you here remember when I was governor, this same Odili praised me to high heaven. In fact, he said then that all past governors in Rivers State combined did not do better than me. “In 2007, after he left office, he couldn’t come near power in the State because Amaechi was the governor then. He was gone! “Like somebody said that God will use someone to lift up someone. When I came in as governor in 2015, I won’t use the word resurrected, but I brought him back to life. “All of us know about Pamo University. But for us, there wouldn’t have been anything called Pamo University. Rivers State was sponsoring 100 students per session and for every semester, each of the students was paying nothing less than N5m. Then, Rivers people were attacking me up and down. “I personally called Julius Berger to build a mansion for him to live. He was calling everyone to the house then, telling them, come and see what Wike has done for me. Wike has shown me love. He was taking them round the house. “Now, because you have organised a Christmas Carol for the governor, I didn’t say you should not do your Christmas Carol. But why reduce yourself to such a laughing stock? People will still see it on television how he was telling the whole world then how God used me to bring him back to life politically. “Why not do your Christmas Carol, collect what you can collect and leave me alone? Wike also expressed disappointment in Odili's recent comments praising the current Rivers State governor while undermining Wike’s achievements. --- Follow us for more breaking news and videos

1/2 Wajir Was Never the Edge of Kenya. Today We Stop Pretending It Was. For sixty-three years, a quiet lie sat at the heart of our national story that Kenya had a centre and a margin, a place that mattered and a place that merely existed. The centre got the flags, the stadiums, the presidents and the cameras. The margin the old Northern Frontier District got soldiers, suspicion, and silence. Today, on the first of June 2026, that lie is being buried in the red soil of Wajir, and not a moment too soon. Madaraka Day means self-rule. Power belonging to the people. It is therefore the most fitting holiday imaginable to bring, for the very first time since independence, to a region that has spent six decades being ruled rather than included. President Uhuru Kenyatta began the practice of carrying our national days beyond Nairobi. President Ruto continued it, Embu, Kericho, Bungoma, Kwale, Homa Bay, Kitui and now, on the seventh occasion away from the capital, he has done the thing that no government before dared to do. He has brought the Republic to Wajir. Start with the history, because it demolishes the central myth the notion that Wajir is some remote, forgotten edge of the country. Wajir was founded in 1912 by the British colonial administration, which built a fortified outpost, a boma, to guard the strategically vital shallow wells and to assert control over the Northern Frontier District. That makes it one of the oldest towns in the entire country older than almost anywhere outside the coast. Nobody plants a garrison in a place that does not matter. Then, during the Second World War, this same town was invaded and occupied by the Italian army and became a point of bitter conflict for more than six months. African, Indian and European soldiers fought and bled here, side by side, as part of the global struggle that decided the fate of nations. Empires did not battle for half a year over an irrelevant patch of desert. They fought over Wajir because Wajir was worth fighting for. Soldiers of three continents understood its value generations ago. It is long past time the rest of us caught up. Let us be honest about what Wajir has carried. This is a county where, in February 1984, security forces of the state herded thousands of men onto an airstrip and left them to die in the sun. By some accounts close to five thousand sons of this land never walked home from Wagalla. For decades the country looked away so when a president flies in, when the national anthem is sung at a brand-new stadium on Wajir's own ground, understand what is actually happening: the same state that once arrived here with rifles is arriving with a flag, a parade, and a promise. That is not symbolism. That is repair. Consider what this county did not have within living memory. Not a single inch of tarmac. Men and women were born, lived full lives, and were buried having never once seen a tarmacked road, never turned a tap and watched clean water run. To this day Wajir, Mandera and Marsabit are not even wired into the national electricity grid. The same grid that lights Nairobi's billboards and Mombasa's hotels. You cannot lecture a region about patriotism while leaving it in the dark. Belonging is not a speech. Belonging is a road, a hospital, a light bulb, a reason for your children to stay. To the critics who say the stadium is misplaced. I hear them, and I reject them. A 10,000-seat stadium has risen here in record time, built by the Kenya Defence Forces, alongside an upgraded airport, new town roads, street lighting that has changed the very face of Wajir at night, and the launch of a fully equipped Level 5 hospital.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Fellow Kenyans, Every generation is handed a cause. The Mau Mau generation fought colonial oppression. The democracy generation fought dictatorship and impunity. Our generation has been handed a different struggle: The fight against corruption, state capture, and the theft of our future. Today, Kenyans have learned that a reported USD 2.9 billion airport contract has been linked to Wicknell Chivayo, a charlatan and conman whose name has repeatedly appeared in procurement controversies, corruption investigations, tender scandals, and financial misconduct allegations across Southern Africa. Such as: 1. Election Tender Scandal Zimbabwe's Anti-Corruption Commission investigated procurement involving election materials supplied through South African company Ren-Form, where leaked documents allegedly showed extraordinary price inflation on equipment and services. The matter attracted anti-corruption investigations in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. Examples cited by investigators and media reports included: >>A server reportedly invoiced at approximately R23 million despite a much lower market value being alleged. >>Biometric voter registration kits allegedly increasing dramatically in price. >>Questions regarding the flow of funds from government contracts to companies associated with Chivayo. 2. South African Financial Intelligence Investigations A leaked South African Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) report reportedly found that more than R800 million flowed from Ren-Form to business accounts associated with Chivayo after the Zimbabwean government paid the supplier. The report concluded that criminal activity could not be ruled out and recommended further investigation. Chivayo has denied wrongdoing. 3. The US$3.2 Billion Dossier In 2025, a leaked dossier alleged that more than US$3.2 billion had been diverted through corrupt contracting arrangements involving politically connected business figures, including Chivayo. The allegations generated calls for forensic audits and political scrutiny. These allegations remain contested and should be treated as allegations rather than established facts. 4. Long History of Procurement Controversies Mr. Chivayo is a charlatan, through and through. He has previously been associated with controversial public contracts, including Zimbabwe's Gwanda Solar Project, where significant public funds were advanced but the project became the subject of investigations, parliamentary scrutiny, and public controversy. 5. Access to Political Power Multiple reports have highlighted Chivayo's unusually close relationships with senior political figures across the region and his public display of that access. Critics argue that these political connections help explain how he repeatedly appears around major public contracts Please watch the attached video -in entirety. When you do - please ask William Samoei Ruto, PhD this question: What is the deal with you and thieves? Explain to Kenyans, your penchant for criminals and bottom feeders. But, this is not really about Wicknell Chivayo. It is about a pattern. First, we witnessed the attempted airport deal involving the Adani Group, another shadowy entity facing serious corruption allegations internationally. Kenyans stood up and stopped it. Second, we continue to see a government that repeatedly embraces and appoints individuals facing serious integrity questions, including some who have been investigated by our own EACC Third, we are seeing major public contracts increasingly associated with secrecy, direct negotiations, and limited competition instead of transparency and open tendering. Fourth, we have watched scandal after scandal unfold — SHA, Talanta Stadium, Bomas of Kenya, education funding fraud, healthcare fraud, and countless audit queries involving billions of shillings. Fifth, we have now reached the point where even citizenship itself appears to be losing its meaning, amid reports of Kenyan passports being issued to controversial foreign figures under questionable circumstances. Including this same charlatan, Mr. Chivayo. At what point do we stop calling this coincidence? At what point do we acknowledge that corruption is no longer an accident of government, but a governing culture? Fellow Kenyans, This is bigger than politics. This is bigger than tribes. This is bigger than William Ruto. This is about Kenya. Our only home. It is about whether our country will be governed by the rule of law or by the rule of connections. Whether public resources will serve citizens or politically connected insiders. Whether our children inherit a nation of opportunity or a nation captured by greed. I have a message for every Kenyan, including supporters of this government: Put politics aside for a moment. Ask yourself one question. If another president displayed this exact pattern — the same appointments, the same scandals, the same controversial contracts, the same disregard for public concern — would you defend it? If the answer is no, then your loyalty must be to Kenya, not to politicians. To the presidents supporters: Explain how in a country of 50 million people - highly qualified and ethical, the president appoints thief after thief to high office. The receipts are attached here. Explain how the president ended up in bed with the Adani Group - another shadowy entity known globally for corruption. And then explain how - the same contract that was awarded to the Adani Group - and which Kenyans were able to stop, and in connection to which WE ARE ON THE HOOK FOR BILLIONS IN PENALTIES, has now been awarded to yet another charlatan. Please tell us how unlucky this president is. Every single person he does business with is a criminal. Every last one of them. My fellow Kenyans, History is watching us. Future generations will ask: What did you do when corruption was consuming your country? Did you remain silent? Or did you stand up? The time has come for every Kenyan of goodwill to stand up. Stand up for accountability. Stand up for transparency. Stand up for competitive procurement. Stand up for the rule of law. Stand up for the future of our children. Let us make one thing clear to every politician, every broker, every corrupt contractor, and every beneficiary of state capture: Kenya is not for sale. Our future is not for sale. And we will not surrender our country to corruption. Enough is enough. Let us all resolve today that we will stop this corruption. Beginning with this corrupt deal. We can stop it. And we should.
