The President’s constitutional authority to secure the border and enforce immigration law is absolute. Biden’s reckless mass-parole scheme violated federal statutes like 8 U.S.C. § 1182, which explicitly grants the executive power to suspend entry of aliens deemed detrimental to national interests. Reversing that abuse isn’t just legal—it’s mandatory. Activist judges blocking deportations aren’t practicing judicial review; they’re undermining Article II’s clear separation of powers. When courts ignore the plain text of immigration law and the President’s duty to execute it, they sabotage national security. The Supreme Court’s failure to restrain Biden’s overreach doesn’t legitimize it—it exposes systemic judicial failure. Restoring order requires dismantling this lawless precedent.

The judicial branch needs to get out of the executive branch’s lane.
