At least one of them was legally in the asylum process. Also, coming here illegally is a misdemeanor for those who did. But if you care about the Constitution you can't just send people who you suspect committed misdemeanors to prisons in other foreign countries without any trial. You get that, right?

Families torn apart. No evidence. No trials. Just suspicion and cages. That’s not border policy. That’s authoritarianism. Trump didn’t just violate basic human rights—he violated the Constitution. Stripping people of liberty without due process is the very definition of a high crime, an impeachable offense. We’ve seen this before in history. And silence is complicity.

There was due process for the killer. You know that. Stop conflating two different things. If a Trump supporter kills someone does that mean all Trump supporters should be deported to prisons in developing nations? Is that what you're saying?

The world used to look up to the U.S. for it's justice system. Protecting the rights of both the accused and the victims, due process, ensuring fair trials, etc. Not anymore.

If you are honestly OK with Donald Trump sending non-criminal, loving, caring Venezuelan immigrants to High Security El Salvador prisons where they have no visitation rights and can’t even go outside, then you are simply a horrible person. The families of multiple immigrants now say their Venezuelan family members were deported to El Salvador’s Mega Prison simply because they had tattoos. One man’s tattoos were of his daughter’s name and his favorite Soccer player. He had no criminal record and no ties to Venezuelan gangs, per his family. Multiple families are reporting the same thing. This is why DUE PROCESS MATTERS. This is human torture!

Yesterday, we traveled to one of the main detention centers in Mariona, El Salvador, but unsurprisingly, access was denied. A prison guard confirmed that nobody has been allowed to enter any of the detention centers, not even family members. They also confirmed that detainees are not allowed to make sporadic phone calls to their family members. We also met with victims of human rights abuses, including several men who were detained for over a year under the exception regime, and who still have other family members inside the prisons. They were fishermen, peasants, ordinary and hardworking individuals who were taken by the police and thrown in prison without any proper hearings, access to their lawyers or their families, and who shared with us the torture and inhumane conditions they suffered and witnessed in the different detention centers they were held in. While we formally requested access to CECOT, where ten of our Venezuelan clients are detained, and to the Centro Industrial Penitenciario in Santa Ana, where Kilmar Abrego Garcia is detained, the Salvadorian authorities have not responded to our requests.

Just been tagged in this. I have no doubt in my mind that during WW2 these people would have collaborated with Germany for the following reason…. 1. They are morally bankrupt traitors who have proven they will side with the invaders during an invasion. 2. They hate Jews The thing I find most ironic is the fact that they instantly call anyone a Nazi who disagrees with their warped view of the world. The only thing that’s stopping them from being a Nazi is the fact that it’s not the Nazi’s invading because if they were she would be holding a big red flag with a swastika on it. This is a result of watching BBC news and being brainwashed by Iranian and Russian bot accounts online. We will never have a peaceful country while these people are bringing foreign wars to our streets. However, his ruling came too late, and Trump ignored the directive. The gang members arrived in El Salvador last night and are now detained in a maximum-security prison.
