President Trump takes some time during the annual White House Easter Egg Roll to sit with kids on the South Lawn, sign autographs, and tell jokes. "I could sign autographs for you guys. And then tonight, you could sell them for $25,000 on eBay." "Biden would use the autopen....

WATCH: CNN’s Scott Jennings sounds off on the @OversightGOP investigation into the Biden regime’s use of an autopen... “Did you allow people to use the name Eliot Williams without your knowledge of the document or what was on the page? I’m asking you! If you were a government official and you had an autopen, which you did, would you let some staffer sign things in your name without reading?” “The authority to delegate pardons and executive orders? The President of the United States can say, you unelected staffer, can go sign my name on a document that I’ve never seen for a decision that I’ve never made?” “Nobody can be delegated the pardon power. It is a constitutional power and I don’t really think you can delegate the executive order power either, because the executive has to make the order.” “The issue is not the use of the autopen. The issue is the last thing you said. ‘Directing someone.’ The President making a decision. What Comer and the guys over at Oversight have found is that there’s no clear evidence that Joe Biden personally made the decisions that only a president can make.” “You’re missing the point. The allegation is Joe Biden had no idea that his signature was being affixed to certain things and if that's true, it is a valid question. If the President doesn't personally make a decision or make an direction...” “The President is not a figurehead.”

🚨 Oh boy…. Listen very closely to every statement Trump just made! • Autopens are meant for letters… not major proclamations. • Anyone who signs with Autopen — it really means you’re not the President! 👀 • We think we know who operated the Autopen.. more than one person • “The election… it’s been now caught” AGAIN!…. 👇👇👇 I’m telling you right now, there is a Constitutional Reason why Donald Trump signs everything, BY HAND. Donald Trump has NEVER used an autopen for EO’s or legislation. 🔴 THE CONSTITUTION 1. Article I, Section 7: This outlines the legislative process, stating that a bill becomes law if the president “approves” it and that he “shall sign it” if he does, or return it with objections (veto) if he doesn’t. —— The phrase “shall sign it” is the key…. does this imply a personal, physical act? 2. Article II, Section 1: The president’s executive power is vested in him —— this suggests that certain acts—like approving laws—are his alone to perform, raising questions about delegating that act to a machine. • The Constitution assumes the president’s conscious, individual assent to a law. —— An autopen, even if authorized, is a mechanical proxy—some argue it’s akin to delegating the decision itself, which the president can’t legally do. • The framers envisioned a hands-on executive role. In 1787, signing meant PEN TO PAPER by the person in question ——no machines existed to complicate this. An autopen might clash with that original understanding. • Legal Authenticity: A signature traditionally proves intent and identity. —— If a machine replicates it, could someone later challenge the law’s validity by claiming the president didn’t truly “sign” it? (LIKE TRUMP IS DOING NOW) • Precedent Concerns: If autopens are okay, what’s next—digital signatures, aides signing, or AI approvals? 🔴 I BELIEVE DONALD TRUMP WANTS THIS TO GO TO THE SUPREME COURT I Expect Donald Trump to VOID Joe Biden’s pardons to get smacked down by a corrupt judge… BUT it will ultimately go to the Supreme Court, and that is exactly where I believe Donald Trump wants it to go. PAY ATTENTION to the ruling’s language of the Supreme Court if and when it comes. The language will determine how far back it applies. Obama was the first US President to ever use the Autopen. He used the autopen to sign the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 while he was on vacation in Hawaii. He also used an autopen to sign a four-year extension of certain provisions of the Patriot Act in 2011, while he was in France. Republican Tom Graves argued the constitutionality of this action, specifically Article I, Section 7 when he signed the NDAA… citing what if the President was hospitalized? —— What would stop a group of radical cabinet members using autopen to push forth a separate agenda? (EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH BIDEN) The DOJ determined it was ok to do at the time.. so OH HELL YEAH, this should definitely go to SCOTUS.

🚨 WHY DID BIDEN NEED THREE AUTOPENS? Biden was using an autopen by Day 5 of his presidency. Not one — THREE different autopen signatures. And by 2022, the usage exploded. Why? Because investigators found: • Biden didn’t personally sign over half of his presidential pardons. • Some of the MOST controversial acts — including death-row commutations and pre-emptive pardons of his own family, Fauci, Milley & others — were auto-signed. • The White House used the autopen even while Biden was physically in D.C. • On multiple days, he wet-signed a bill, but used the autopen for other “presidential actions.” • Internal emails show Biden wasn’t even aware of some pardons issued under his name. Read that again. The U.S. Constitution vests ALL executive power in one person. That person must sign because the signature is the democratic safeguard — the proof he personally approved the action. But with an autopen? Anyone with access can sign as the President. Anyone can issue pardons, commutations, or executive orders in his name. Anyone can govern without him. This raises the only question that matters: Was the autopen used to conceal Biden’s mental decline? Or worse — to quietly transfer presidential power to unelected staff? The 25th Amendment exists for exactly this scenario. They ignored it. They expanded executive power instead. And they hid the President’s incapacitation from the nation. This isn’t a paperwork scandal. This is a constitutional crisis.
