Why should that millitary training base be moved? Build another training camp in the North Eastern in that way Kenya can increase it's millitary recruitment. Moving that base will be a wastage of resources, let's think Kenyans please.

I don't know if it's a smart thing to put a military training center inside a war zone. If they are in training, doesn't it mean they don't yet have the capacity to fight? Will those young trainees be brought back in body bags?

President William Ruto has moved to quell reports of a regional rift over refinery plans, saying Kenya has no issue with Uganda and Tanzania building their own refineries. Speaking at State House in Mombasa, Ruto said he had spoken to Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and sent a message to Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan. He said Kenya could buy shares in Tanzania’s planned Tanga refinery, adding that the projects would help supply fuel to the region. Ruto said Kenya will also need another refinery because the planned Lamu refinery will not be enough to meet the country’s fuel needs and those of the wider region.
