@WilliamsRuto There are many parameters to construction not always the contractor is on the wrong…you might fight BQ not yet agreed,government has not paid contractor then president just to show his power orders such things in public but doesn’t order the government to pay.

@WilliamsRuto He can't take on the contractor for stalled works at 64 stadium in Eldoret. In fact, no project is ongoing anywhere in the country. This guy should just resign.
