That’s what makes this report so insane: the people assigned to confirm where the president was may have unknowingly helped sell the decoy. So if the press pool was unknowingly flying on a decoy plane, the wild part is not only the security maneuver. It is that the people assigned to verify the president’s movements may have been used as part of the illusion.
