Stop buying cookers which aren't tested upto standards. These are not even ISI branded, some local brands just put the mark and don't get certified for it.

That's not how you hold the cooker when gas isn't yet released.
The pressure cooker manual book clearly mentioned to put the lid cap only after the vapour came out through lid cap hole
That's what happens when you don't put a timer or just pay attention.
