I see a lot of people melting down about the Tony Awards. Most of it is over really great speeches by award winners who just happen to be part of the LGBTQ community. With that said this one speech by Denée Benton stood out to me where she calls Ron DeSantis the "current grand wizard" of Florida. I want to hear your thoughts on this clip Does using terminology like this take things a step too far? Does the overuse of racist tropes overshadow actually racist actions in this nation? Was it just her half-joking? Is DeSantis Racist? Thoughts?
