The top ranked team in the state, Defiance Baseball used a 6 run 5th inning to defeat #4 (D6) Fairview High School Baseball 9-4 in a tune up game for both teams before the tourney starts later this week. 8 of 9 hitters for the Bulldogs collected hits, and 7 of 9 hitters scored runs as Defiance used a balanced attack 1-9 in the lineup. I am an athletic almost 43 year old dad of 3 that hasn't played competitive basketball since high school. I was an all-conference point guard in high school 25 years ago. I'm WAY past my prime. I would guarantee if I trained nothing but basketball for 6 months I would dominate the WNBA. Average 20-10 a game at least! If I trained 6 months I couldn't make a division 3 college men's team roster. It's two completely different games. Serena Williams is the GOAT of women's tennis & said she couldn't score a point on the 500th ranked man. If a person claims "female bodies are just as strong, fast, & capable as men's bodies" & ignores THE SCIENCE I discard their views on everything else. They are either a complete moron or lying. Either way they aren't to be trusted with anything. I'm honestly hoping some D-3 guy says tomorrow he's a girl & goes & wins MVP of the WNBA & everyone can say how brave, wonderful, & progressive it is. It's time to stop being nice & tolerant with this nonsense & just call it out. Not one sane person actually believes this. It's why we have mens & women's divisions.

Start simple and advance to complex. ** Look at the various different patters he can juggle. Impressive.** Some might say “eye wash.” I say they are wrong. I have heard MLB infielders say “juggling helps me on the field.” To me it’s a form of athleticism. Skill. This young man has been to about 8 of my camps and started for his varsity team as a 7th grader (private school). He puts in the work in every way. He has elite hands, feet, eyes, arm action and confidence. Undersized but huge heart to compete. A winner. I challenge all infielders to learn how to juggle. Captain Hasnain Akhtar Shaheed, the illustrious son of Muhammad Akhtar, was born on 08 July 2000 in a village named Doulatpur, District Jhelum. His educational journey commenced at Fauji Foundation School, located in Dhariala Jalap, and he completed his intermediate from Kallar Kahar Science College. He joined NUST as a paying cadet in D40 Electrical in October 2018, but his true calling was elsewhere. Inspired by his father, he joined 143 PMA Long Course on 8 May 2019. He passed out from Pakistan Military Academy on 10 April 2021 and was commissioned in a Medium Regiment Artillery of the Pakistan Army. After completion of basic courses, he volunteered for the Special Service Group of the Pakistan Army in Officer Advance Commando Course-80 (Zarb-e-Haider). After successful completion of the commando course in November 2023, he was posted to the prestigious 3 Commando “Powindah” Battalion. Being part of Zakrya Company, he joined the unit in the operational area. During his tenure in 3 Commando Battalion, he volunteered for many high-risk operations and neutralized TTP terrorists, even in hand-to-hand combat on 17 November 2024. On the fateful day of 20 March 2025, Captain Hasnain Akhtar Shaheed heroically led his small hunting team to neutralize a group of TTP Khawarij who were involved in fire raids, ambushes, IEDs, killing of military personnel, and targeted activities against civilians. The small hit team under the command of Captain Hasnain Akhtar Shaheed delivered a strong blow and effectively neutralized 11 Khawarij. While chasing the fleeing Khawarij, he injured more of them. In the ensuing action, his team came under intense fire, and he received two bullets which led to his Shahadat. During his tenure, through his valiant actions and selfless dedication, he demonstrated exceptional valor and leadership by playing a vital role in restoring peace and stability to the area.
