NEWSFLASH: The popularity of a politician can not be proven by a bunch of people at a rally. I'm tired of people pretending that just because a lot of people show up at a Trump rally in a super red area of the country in South Carolina to see an entertainer and former president speak, that means the man speaking is incredibly popular when zooming out and looking at the nation as a whole. There are 340 million Americans in this country, stop pretending that video clips mean as much as they do. Yes people like him, but they liked him in 2020 as well, and he lost by 7 million votes. This was prior to 71 felony counts against him.

I saw a lot of hate against Ramayana even before the trailer released. Mostly by the PR teams of other movies and stars. I’m not judging Ranbir from a trailer. Bhagwan Shri Ram was never meant to be loud his strength lies in calmness and restraint. My issue with some of Ranbir’s past statements still stands, but that’s well known. Overall, this trailer exceeded my expectations. Above all Yash’s introduction as Ravana is outstanding. The film still has everything to prove, but this is a very strong start.

For anyone questioning or criticizing the police at my townhall last night, the GREAT police officers conducted themselves in textbook fashion and protected every single person there by keeping the peace!!!!! These protestors were deranged and aggressive and lost control of themselves the second the townhall started. And the press knows it because it happened right in front of them!! If this had been a Democrat townhall, the headlines on national news would have been things like; “DERANGED MAGA INSURRECTION AT DEMOCRAT TOWNHALL!” But instead they are; “Man tased at Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s townhall” We have tons of video footage that absolutely proves the protestors were unruly and fighting and resisting police. I 100% support our heroic police officers for the incredibly difficult job the do every single day. There are few jobs that are as hard as theirs, not only on them but their families as well. Police officers should make more money, have better pensions, and deserve everyone’s gratitude and respect!!! Blessed are the peacemakers, because they will be called sons of God.

Emiliano Garduño Gálvez, 23, an illegal immigrant from Mexico and a former resident of Paramount, was sentenced today to four years in federal prison for throwing a Molotov cocktail at local law enforcement as well as a lawful protester during an anti-ICE riot in Paramount last June. Once he is released from prison, ICE – the agency he violently opposed – will deport him back to Mexico. Our nation’s Constitution allows for peaceful protest against government laws – even ones that have been on the books for decades and which passed Congress with bipartisan support. Violence such as the kind in which this defendant engaged is illegal, dangerous, and will be zealously prosecuted and punished.

Ben Jones, Dukes of Hazzard star and former Congressman, dies at 84 Ben Jones, best known as the lovable mechanic Cooter Davenport on The Dukes of Hazzard, passed away Sunday at the age of 84. His wife, Alma Viator, shared the news: “I lost the love of my life today. Ben passed from a massive heart attack… He was home resting in his favorite chair waiting for the Braves to come on and whoop the Yankees. Ben had the most amazing rich full life. He loved and was loved by so many.” Jones played Cooter across all seven seasons of the classic series (1979–1985) and later served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives representing Georgia. The fixed annual financial support for 2024-2028 is at least €30 million. Iceland pledged to provide Ukraine with long-term economic, humanitarian, and defense assistance, as well as to facilitate its future EU and NATO membership. A unique feature of the agreement is that Iceland commits to continued support for the transportation of military supplies and equipment from NATO allies to Ukraine by chartered cargo planes. ⚔️ Kingdom Come Deliverance first impressions ⚔️ Loving it so far, basically a medieval detective simulator that really doesn't care that you are the main character. And I'm all here for it. ▪️The WORLD is the real star of the show here and even though it's got plenty of jank and lots of copy and paste NPC faces, it just feels so IMMERSIVE. Even the UI just transports me to the times with a bright colourful medieval art style. ▪️The MUSIC I love, absolutely sells the world and basically ASMR as you trot around on your horse through the world. ▪️THE Combat is a real interesting one, it's got quite the learning curve which I actually LIKE, it definitely has some jank to it as well but I really appreciate the attempt at an original and nuanced combat system. (Having to stop your bleeding with bandages is really cool) ▪️The Story has gripped me (19 hours in so far) And while it seems a simple revenge story on the face of it, I think the story is more about Henry making his way through the world after the horrors of Skallitz. The writing quality is top notch as well as the quest design also. ▪️The CHARACTERS are amazing and the humour is top notch. I'm not sure the last time I laughed so much at a game. Henry is great and so well voiced by Tom McKay This really feels like Warhorse Studios have put a lot of love and work into making an authentic medieval world and as a bit of a medieval nerd I can't get enough of this game. A True RPG as well by all accounts, the game really makes me think hard about how to approach situations. Also I can't wait to get to KCD2.
