People have different tolerances. If you try them start with 1 gram and wait one whole hour to see how you feel. You may waste a bit of shrooms visual trip wise trying to find your dosage but it’s much safer not to trip to hard until you’re used to it. If you ‘under dose’ you’ll still have positive mental benefits and increased neural firing as well as uplifted mood in many. With a gram or so you may feel a warm buzz feeling like after a couple shots of alcohol and body high without any visuals. Avoid the youthful urge to treat psychedelics as party drugs just bc it’s cool when young. These substances if prepared for and respected can improve your mind like nothing else I’ve ever encountered and can reveal to you no psychological wounds are permanent.
