Live hacking vlogs are dead. Or are they? It’s been years since I did a vlog and I have to admit that perfectionism was the reason why I stopped making them. But a couple of months back I had the chance to go to a google lhe in Seoul and brought my xe5 on for the ride. I was exited to capture frames and friends, but I messed some settings up so the video content was to shaky and audio was shit.. this stopped me from editing it and releasing it, since I though it had to be perfect to be up to my own standards, which are quite high tbh. So this time in testing out something new, I’m going to simply accept audio issues, shaky camera moves and inconsistency in the color grades, since that’s also what brings authenticity in today’s perfectly polished world. Plan today was to knock out a 1,000 meter row sub 3 minutes at 24 stroke per minute-I was on target until about 800 meter in when I lost count of the strokes and it just messed me up mentally and I ended up shutting it down. I like to be able to stay on plan when I’m doing hard rows like this and know exactly how many stokes I have left, kind of like a light at the end of the tunnel. When that was no longer there I just lost focus. As penance I did 4 x 250 meters, target was sub 1:20 at 30spm but I was too cooked from the 1 K attempt. Overall my legs were pretty much on fire! Will get it next time!

Vibe Coding Deathmatch wednesday afternoon full video Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Windsurf head to head building the same project simple prompts across all, the results were: 🥉 Bolt + Windsurf 🥈Cursor 🏆 Replit Reasons: - Bolt was quickest, got into a 'no-audio' issue early and couldnt fix easily. first out, but only because its so quick. - Windsurf just took longer to get to the same kind of bug, also no easy fix - Cursor was working really well, needed more coaxing than replit + bolt, but then a UI prompt messed it all up (likely user error 🙂) - Replit needed the least coaxing - like 5 prompts in total (before deployment), 2 of which were just like 'yes'. Deployment ran into some issues but got there in the end. (they should make it more obvious to deploy, and then redeploy after changes are made)

NO HESITATION. NO CAMERAS. JUST HEART. While a house was going up in flames… these guys didn’t stand around filming. They KICKED the door in and ran straight into danger— …for two dogs. 🐶🐶❤️ Not their house. Not their pets. But they showed up like it was. This is what real courage looks like. This is what humanity looks like. Respect. 💯 👇 Would YOU risk it all to save a life? Before my cousin passed away from leukemia, she broke down a door of a burning house and rescued a child who was home alone.... she cut herself up pretty bad on some glass while doing it. But she never complained.

mingyu talking about their tiny desk concert video 🖤 🐶 i wasn't able to sleep until 5am earlier, i wanted to post the tiny desk video on my ig right away and i feel proud [of what we did] and i was really nervous as well. we were in washington dc for around 5 days and we rehearsed for that to prepare and then filmed, and it wasn't really easy. we really had nothing - there was no audio coming out from the mic and it was just my raw voice. we didn't have any in-ears, we weren't singing over a backing track either but with a live band so i was pretty nervous. so i was contemplating if i should do it or not but i kind of just went for it at the end. it was a good experience and i just went for it thinking, "when will we ever get to do this?" seeing us, seventeen, on npr is so fascinating in itself and i felt very proud of what we achieved that's why i liked it.

Phuwin thought he got caught again, but it turned out the fans had mistaken someone else for him. I’M LAUGHING SO HARD 555555 THE GOOD YEAR OF POND #Happy25thPondDay 🐼: Actually, I have a funny story to tell. It happened just now, before I got here. 🐻: Really? What happened? 🐼: When I was coming through The Mall… I already knew the traffic would be bad because today is early voting day, so if you have time, go vote too. Anyway, the traffic was a bit slow, but I arrived pretty fast. The problem was that inside the mall, it was super crowded. At first, I was going to park upstairs, but going up floor by floor took too long. Then I saw a spot downstairs and parked there, thinking I was being smart. I thought, “If I take the elevator inside the mall, I’ll come out right at the hall and everyone will see me, right?” So I decided it would be smarter to take the parking lot elevator. 🐻: From the parking lot? 🐼: Yeah. I pressed the button for the third floor. When the doors opened, there were lots of people sitting right in front. Luckily, everyone had their backs to me. So I thought, “I’m screwed.” I pressed the second floor, turned around, and closed the door. Suddenly, the people in front started standing up, and I heard, “Hey, Phuwin! Phuwin!” In my head, I was like, “Oh my God, I’m done for, they found me again.” I was thinking, “What do I do now?” I always end up embarrassing myself like this.
