I felt pain on both ends of this. I hate dealing with bs from phone plans like this. But I also hate customers expressing such unbridled rage when I'm just trying to help and do my job.

The older I get, the more I understand that "systems" dont exist. There are only people behaving to previously agreed upon rules. That is "the system" and anyone who obeys those rules is part of it, not innocent.

So i found out a long time ago to just sit and wait for them to give me a replacement, even caught them fake typing by grabbing the screen. Eventually they magically had a used phone i could use. I'm the reason they don't have chairs in the phone stores anymore.

As someone who works in a phone store. Customers DO act like this sometimes. I just tell them I am not gonna help them at all. Come back with a better attitude
