Agree. That and I think Rouge is a lovely character, so there are a couple of things that could make this worth watching for some people

God! This series had so much potential but it was totally wasted on dirt-tier pacing. I was looking forward to a new Blade-Runner style anime, but god how they mismanaged it

From what I remember, it felt like they tried to be more ambitious that what they could handle and fit in 13 episodes. But yeah, when it was announced there was lots of hype for it

Metallic Rouge, a Studio Bones original anime from 2024. Ended up being kinda disappointing in general despite what it promised initially, but I personally loved Rouge's design and personality along with her dynamic with Naomi (the other MC)
