To understand and accept that there are problems is the first step to solve them. Vijay's visit to the Social Justice Hostel is an eye-opener to the Government and the public. It is laudable that the students' actual grievances were shown on news channels uncensored. Rewind back to Sep 2025 - DMK in a grand stage projected that they offer superior food at government schools, only to get exposed in a few months where 44 students got admitted in hospital due to food poisoning. #TVK #Vijay #CMVijay #DMKfailsTN

One of the foreign students says, They've been offering Namaz in their block inside campus from the past few years after getting permission from the administration of Gujarat University. Who gives permission to Outsiders (Bajrang Dal members) to get inside the Hostel premises? Especially late in the night inside A-Block which is dedicated to International Students? Who are Bajrang Dal members to check on what students are doing inside their hostel block? Many RW supporters on social media are claiming that the students were offering Namaz in open public space without permission. No. These students were offering Taraweeh Namaz at around 10 PM inside the Hostel compound of A-Block which has 75 foreign students staying in the hostel. They claim that they have been offering Namaz during Ramzan for the past 2-3 years with permission from the university. Foreign students studying in Gujarat are part of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) which is under MEA. Hope they MEA takes cognizance.

#Hyderabad--- Students of #CMR engineering girls hostel on Wednesday staged a protest raising slogans of "We want justice", alleging that videos of them in bathrooms were recorded by the hostel cooking staff in their cell phones. Upon receiving information about the incident, student unions rushed to the spot and extended their solidarity to the protest taken by the girl students. The local police said that they would register a case following the complaints from the #students and launch a probe on the issue.
