Dynamic leverage holds the loop at 2.50x by rule. Target health factor 1.53. Below 1.46 it sells a slice and repays, below 1.39 it unwinds fast, above 1.60 it adds a layer. Checked every block, one action per check.

A capital router pairs the loop with a treasury floor lane: USDC lending on @aave on Base. When lending has paid at least 1.51pp more than the loop for 48 hours, it moves everything there and rebuilds the loop the same way.
