Primal Rage (1994)

Primal Rage is basically forgotten. But there was a time when it was popular enough that they made toys.

Wow, this unlocked some deep hidden memory of mine lol. Cool game!

Still have it for the 32x

Hopefully I don't sound like a boomer, but back in the day I would go to a pizza place called Marion's Piazza as a kid and their was a walk-around Primal Rage at the arcade room there. It was SO fun! 😎

I remember this game like a fever dream

Been asking for a remake for almost 20 years. Probably never gonna happen. 😒

Loved Talon but no ranged attack made him rough to play. Vertigo was the slowest but so very fun with all of her teleports and mind abilities. Still hate that we never got the undead boss.

If I ever bought a PCB, this might the first one I would get. It hasn't been properly emulated anywhere as far as I know.

I used to play this at the arcade on a pier at Nags Head, NC

We really need a new dinosaur fighting game as a sprirtual successor to Primal Rage.

Terrible Vertigo player, letting Talon stay in his best range and spamming her easily dodged projectile, literally loses the first round in eight seconds. Good Talon player keeping the pressure on and doing quick recoveries when hit. 🪿

One of the first games I played

I wish this was the timeline where Primal Rage 17 just came out and The Last of Us never happened...

I used to run this mf with Sauron & Diablo 🤣

@sn0we08 @SUlcigrai

I never understood why we never got a sequel to this game.

We need a remake of this joint. I know for a fact it will hit 🔥

this was so bad ass to this day I cant get it to run in MAME :(

@VideoArtGame Fighting game with dinosaurs, now that's new

My first lesson in tribal politics

@LoboSong

I had this on SNES back in the day. Good shit.

I could totally see Capcom making a Monster Hunter fighting game someday in the same spirit as Primal Rage

Bro, I still have Talon figure from 30+ years ago!

Never gotten into it but was superior

used to play this with my dad as a kid 🥲

It's probably the only game I played a lot and never could figure the moves out as a kid. Still enjoyed it.

I had a Vertigo action figure that I would bring into the bathtub

I use to rent the hell out of this game back in the day

No! Why is my girl getting bullied?! ... Fun fact! I still have the Vertigo action figure from back in the day!

Damn this really takes me back to the days of going to the laundromat as a kid and playing this on the arcade machines!

fuck yeah. Talon best character

Loved the arcade game. When I bought my PS1, this and Twisted Metal were the games I bought for it.
