Away fans were brilliant today. Arteta said on Friday that with the squad short, the fans can ‘contribute in a way that nobody else can’ and ‘impact the team with their energy’. The travelling fans definitely did that today. Flat game, not much to get excited about, but they didn’t stop supporting and pushing the team all game. They were rewarded with those two late goals. Brilliant away support.
