The High Court has dismissed the habeas corpus application in the matter of Mwenda Mbijiwe. Mwenda Mbijiwe is a former Kenya Air force Officer who was abducted in 2021 and has never been seen close to five years now. This man groping a woman forcefully in public is the Speaker, Nairobi County. The lady is an official in the County Assembly. His action amounts to sexual harassment offense in law, and contravenes provisions of Leadership & Integrity Act. He is not fit to be in office & must be forced to resign. County Assembly members are lawmakers & should not allow an uncouth person like him to lead the Assembly. ODPP should order an investigation too for criminal charges. Comparing Kenya to Tanzania is like comparing Kenya of 1982–1992, when our great leaders who fought for democracy were being mistreated, to what is happening in Tanzania today. The way you are handling Tundu Lissu reflects that same era—he has been arrested and remains in jail to date. Kenya has moved forward. It feels as though Tanzania is where Kenya was 40 years ago in terms of democracy. Here in Kenya, we have freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and an independent judiciary. While it may sometimes face intimidation, the existing structures still allow justice to prevail in the long run. We also have an active Law Society and strong civil society organizations that continue to advocate for democracy and accountability. We have come a long way. So, Mama Samia, please keep your advice to yourself. Remember, even both a former president and a sitting president have faced the ICC. In Kenya, the Constitution is supreme, and it must be respected.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the today's remarks of President William Ruto about Uganda and Tanzania while in China. Ruto is the President of Kenya, his first priority is to market Kenya. How then did you want him to explain the unfair advantage Uganda and Tanzania have over Kenya in terms of trade? Bwana, we MUST learn to be PATRIOTIC. We must learn to differentiate between criticism and self sabotage. The President has done nothing wrong.

What are the motives that is driving this xenophobic and deep-rooted hatred? . One is left to wonder what is the source of their Obsession with shared revenue when Regions have remained economically isolated for over 50 years and have never expressed similar anger towards central Kenya where most resources were going?.
