This is a great example of why fathers are needed. This is an older black man. He expects a young man to present himself properly. Accept his award. Shake his hand and look in his eye like a man. Not dancing like a clown. Men raised by men understand this immediately. Women raised by women have no idea what we're talking about. That's why they cannot raise men properly. For them it's all fun and games. They don't get it. That's why they can't teach it. But to the rest of the world, most of whom had fathers, this is disgusting.
