1. Why is the guard alone? 2. Why is the desk in the middle of an open area with a great amount of space behind him 3. Why are inmates allowed in this same area to be able to openly walk behind the guard ?

That should result in the immediate execution of that inmate. Period.

Couldn't pay me enough to do that job where I'm constantly outnumbered by people who have demonstrated a lack of self-control.
