Donald Trump is known to have spent a lot of time with both of them. And yet he still hasn't owned up to it. For many years now, there’s been a growing disconnect between his leadership and the people who elected him—who he should be working for. And I think we find ourselves in a political moment where Mast, with Trump, is not saying, “When I want you to jump, how high?” but rather, “Is it high enough?” And I think folks in our district are beginning to catch wind of this and say, “This is not what we signed up for.
