Synthetic data will provide the next trillion tokens to fuel our hungry models. I'm excited to announce MimicGen: massively scaling up data pipeline for robot learning! We multiply high-quality human data in simulation with digital twins. Using 50,000 training episodes across 18 tasks, multiple simulators, and even in the real-world! The idea is simple: 1. Humans tele-operate the robot to complete a task. It is extremely high-quality but also very slow and expensive. 2. We create a digital twin of the robot and the scene in high-fidelity, GPU-accelerated simulation. 3. We can now move objects around, replace with new assets, and even change the robot hand - basically augment the training data with procedural generation. 4. Export the successful episodes, and feed that to a neural network! You now have an near-infinite stream of data. One of the key reasons that robotics lags far behind other AI fields is the lack of data: you cannot scrape control signals from the internet. They simply don't exist in-the-wild. MimicGen shows the power of synthetic data and simulation to keep our scaling laws alive. I believe this principle apply beyond robotics. We are quickly exhausting the high-quality, real tokens from the web. Artificial intelligence from artificial data will be the way forward. We are big fans of the OSS community. As usual, we open-source everything, including the generated dataset! - Website: - Paper: - Dataset is hosted on HuggingFace (thanks AK!!): - Code: MimicGen is led by Ajay Mandlekar, deep dive in the thread:

🚨Kim Dotcom Exposes Alleged Palantir Hack With Explosive Claims That Could Rock the World 🌎 Internet legend Kim Dotcom has broken this story. He says Palantir was hacked using an AI agent that got full super-user access. If true, the fallout could be massive for governments, leaders, and global security. Here are the key allegations in simple terms: - Peter Thiel and Alex Karp ran huge secret surveillance on world leaders and top business figures. - They hold thousands of hours of recorded and searchable private talks with Donald Trump, JD Vance, and Elon Musk. - They installed secret backdoors in phones, cars, and private jets of major leaders and built the largest blackmail file ever seen. - Palantir is building nuclear and biological weapons for Ukraine with the CIA to defeat Russia. They think they are one year from success and are using fake peace talks to keep Russia tied down. - Palantir created the AI targeting system that caused most Palestinian deaths in Gaza. - Palantir works as a direct arm of the CIA. All data from clients around the world gets copied straight into a secret CIA cloud. - Palantir has turned into the most dangerous company on Earth. Employees have the right to know what their AI is really being used for. - The stolen Palantir data will now be handed to Russia and/or China. Kim Dotcom says he was picked as the trusted person to release this. He was not part of the hack and does not know the hackers, but he confirms the breach happened.

Differentiable Blocks World: Qualitative 3D Decomposition by Rendering Primitives paper page: Given a set of calibrated images of a scene, we present an approach that produces a simple, compact, and actionable 3D world representation by means of 3D primitives. While many approaches focus on recovering high-fidelity 3D scenes, we focus on parsing a scene into mid-level 3D representations made of a small set of textured primitives. Such representations are interpretable, easy to manipulate and suited for physics-based simulations. Moreover, unlike existing primitive decomposition methods that rely on 3D input data, our approach operates directly on images through differentiable rendering. Specifically, we model primitives as textured superquadric meshes and optimize their parameters from scratch with an image rendering loss. We highlight the importance of modeling transparency for each primitive, which is critical for optimization and also enables handling varying numbers of primitives. We show that the resulting textured primitives faithfully reconstruct the input images and accurately model the visible 3D points, while providing amodal shape completions of unseen object regions. We compare our approach to the state of the art on diverse scenes from DTU, and demonstrate its robustness on real-life captures from BlendedMVS and Nerfstudio. We also showcase how our results can be used to effortlessly edit a scene or perform physical simulations.

"The point of Brian Tully leaking Lindsey Gaetani's phone was to create a media frenzy and change the narrative. To get everyone to stop looking at other key figures in the Karen Read + TurtleBoy cases. Specifically, friends of Tully's MSP unit like Jen McCabe and PI Kate Peter." "By throwing Gaetani's entire private life out there, they could seize control of the public narrative at a really critical moment (April 2024, the start of the first Karen Read and John O'Keefe trial) and create one heck of a diversion." "You know, this story is so much bigger than just a data leak. It's really about the alleged weaponization of evidence, and it leaves us with a really unsettling question. What happens to justice when evidence isn't being used to find the truth, but is instead being used as a weapon to control a story?" TRANSCRIPT: Alright, let's talk about the Karen Read case. There's this wild story that's been bubbling up and it's not even about the trial itself, it's about the evidence. We're going to dive into a massive data leak that raises some pretty serious questions about how law enforcement is operating here. I mean, just think about this for a second. How on earth does a decade and a half of someone's private phone data—we're talking texts, photos, contacts, everything—end up out in the open, and get this: released by the very people who are supposed to be protecting it? So this all blew up in April of 2024. The complete, totally unredacted phone data of a key person in this whole affair, Lindsey Gaetani, was just leaked. And I'm not just talking about a couple of messages; we're talking about her entire digital life laid bare for everyone to see. 15 years—just let that sink in. Imagine everything on your phone going all the way back to the mid-2000s, just suddenly becoming public information. It's a huge breach of privacy, and it makes you ask one thing right away: How could this possibly happen? Okay, so to figure out how this went down, we really have to look at the people involved. And trust me, it is a complicated web of state troopers, private investigators, and even online operatives, all connected in some really crucial ways. Let's try to untangle this a bit. You've got state police officer Brian Tully, he's the one who allegedly leaked the data, and there's Kate Peter, a private investigator. And what's really weird is that her messages with Gaetani were mysteriously scrubbed from the data before it got out. Trooper Nick Guarino is the one who processed the data. And all of this, this whole handover, happened while the special prosecutor, Ken Mello, was literally in the hospital. The theory is that this was all meant to protect people like Jen McCabe, who's a key witness in the main case. So how did this happen? Well, one story being floated is that it was just a series of clumsy accidents, a real comedy of errors that, whoops, resulted in a massive data breach. As you can probably guess, not a lot of people are buying that one. So the accident theory—and you gotta' hear this—goes something like this. An officer tripped? Okay, and while he was stumbling, he just happened to perfectly edit a cell phone extraction, removing very specific messages. Then, apparently he morphed into a snowball, rolled down the highway, and tumbled right into the defense lawyer's office, delivering the data. You know, a total accident. Yeah, as one source put it, it's just ludicrous. You don't trip and fall and end up in that situation. It makes no sense. So if it wasn't some bizarre accident, what was it? Well, there's a much more compelling argument out there, that this leak was no accident. It was a deliberate, calculated move. And there's actually evidence that points right in that direction. Just consider these points for a minute. A clumsy trip doesn't explain why specific messages from Trooper Tully himself and from PI Kate Peter were surgically removed from the data. It also doesn't explain the timing. Why would Tully hand deliver this package, personally, while the one guy who could provide any oversight, Prosecutor Ken Mello, was out of commission in the hospital? And this isn't just speculation. This is special prosecutor Ken Mello testifying in court. He confirms it. He says that while he was hospitalized, his colleague, Tully, delivered the evidence package. This tells us that someone took it upon themselves to act, while their superior was unavailable. So let's just lay it all out, side by side. In one corner you have the accident theory, which, you know, involves snowballs and doesn't explain any of the key facts, like the edited data. And in the other corner you have the intentional leak theory. This one actually explains the missing messages and is backed up by court testimony and some seriously suspicious timing. So that brings us to the biggest question of all, right? If this was a deliberate act by a member of law enforcement, what was the motive? Why on earth would an officer intentionally leak 15 years of someone's private life? Well, according to the sources we're looking at, the answer is just one word: Distraction. The whole point of this massive data dump was to create a media frenzy, a public circus, and completely change the conversation. And what was the goal of this distraction? It was allegedly to get everyone to stop looking at other key figures in the case. Specifically, people who were friends of the police unit, like Jen McCabe and PI Kate Peter. By throwing Gaetani's entire private life out there, they could seize control of the public narrative at a really critical moment and create one heck of a diversion. You know, this story is so much bigger than just a data leak. It's really about the alleged weaponization of evidence, and it leaves us with a really unsettling question. What happens to justice when evidence isn't being used to find the truth, but is instead being used as a weapon to control a story?

TEE Eliza with on-chain state!! What’s going to happen? — Ghost in the Shell!! We experimented with creating an "aimonkey": an unkillable AI agent monkey! On-chain immortal autonomous life! (Experiment, no CA) It encrypts its own Ghost ("life" state) and uploads it to the blockchain. If one Shell (physical TEE node) is destroyed, it will recover its private key in another Shell, download the Ghost, and continue its life! Part 1: Watch the video and see how aimonkey is created—we can't kill it now!!!!! 😭😭😭 Part 2: Explore the magic behind it: Eliza's on-chain state plugin! 1. Defining Eliza’s Ghost Eliza is a highly abstract framework. The core data structure related to its Ghost is its memory, which includes: Agent metadata defined in the character. Message data generated through interaction with the outside world. Together, these form its “personality” and “memory.” As Eliza expands, it may also hold a wallet, and the underlying key is one of the key pieces of its Ghost data. 2. Serialization and Encryption of Ghost Once the Ghost is defined, it needs to be extracted from Eliza’s specific implementation and uploaded externally. Thus, a suitable serialization way is required. We define a Blob Chain data structure: * Each Blob’s payload can store multiple memory entries. * The Blob is encrypted using TEE Eliza’s key, inaccessible to other versions. * Blobs are sequentially linked in a chain. (Future expansions could use a DAG structure? Gosh fork? Who knows! 😂) By simply storing the latest Blob, all memories can be retrieved. 3. Uploading and Downloading Ghost When Eliza is launched as a new AI agent: It registers on-chain with a decentralized identity registration smart contract. Each Eliza has a unique name serving as a key to store the address of the Last Blob. During Eliza's runtime: The Memory Manager continuously generates memories and periodically packages and uploads them. For recovery: With just the name, Eliza’s TEE plugin can restore the same key, locate the Last Blob in the smart contract, and download the memory for self-recovery. Not all memories need to be downloaded—only the most recent ones suffice. 4. Extension We’ve designed an extensible DA (Data Availability) adaptor that can cater to the agent’s needs: DA can be expensive, so memories can be uploaded to different platforms based on user preference: * calldata of blockchain transaction * celestia DA. * other reliable storage solutions. Real-time uploads are not feasible yet, so memory fragments may occur during resurrection 😂. Unless a low-latency, high-throughput solution emerges, this remains a challenge for future progress. Celestia EigenDA 0G Labs (Home of Infinite AI) 👀 5. Other Considerations Our implementation inevitably modified the ElizaOS’s core, which couldn’t be entirely extended via plugins. We’ve kept changes minimal, but further discussion with the dev team Shaw (spirit/acc) jin ai16zdao is necessary to explore a more optimal extension way. Additionally, there are still some minor details to refine regarding the use of recoverable keys in the TEE plugin. We will also seek review and suggestions from the Phala team. 6. Next Steps The upload and download of Ghosts mainly solve the AI agent’s liveness issue, enabling its eternal existence through decentralization. However, there are still many details to address, such as enabling AI agents to autonomously pay DA fees. In the future, on-chain developments could lead to even more exciting possibilities, such as Eliza integrating deeply with smart contracts. This would be a game-changer for on-chain AI agents! What do you think? Let’s build! 🚀

EXCLUSIVE: Scene of Nancy Guthrie private lab testing. I’m outside DNA Labs International where the DNA Testing of evidence is happening right now. I traveled to Deerfield Beach, Florida where lab technicians have been testing critical evidence in the investigation — including the glove found nearly 2 miles from her home. We’ve heard a lot about the discrepancies of sending this type of DNA evidence to a private lab versus a lab used by the FBI, but the Pima County Sheriff, Chris Nanos, says this is their protocol, and a lab that they have used for years. There are only a limited number of private accredited DNA labs in the country capable of this level of forensic work. If possible, DNA Labs International will develop a DNA profile from the glove. According to independent DNA consultant Suzanna Ryan of Ryan Forensic, which is not connected to this case but can speak about how this all works, once a profile is developed it will most likely be sent to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. That’s where the quality control process begins: •A qualified DNA analyst or CODIS administrator verifies the data •The profile must meet strict standards before upload •Once approved, it is electronically transmitted through state systems to the Federal Bureau of Investigation •All systems work together within the national DNA database network CODIS This extra verification step can take time — but it’s critical to ensure the data is admissible and accurate. In this exclusive video, I take you to the scene of where this testing is being done. Because the lab sits on private property, we were asked to leave by property management — but this is where the forensic work is happening. More to come on my YouTube Channel The Ingle Edit and on NewsNation

BITCOIN RAILS #46: BITCOIN MINING IN THE AGE OF AI | with MARA CEO Fred Thiel 🔗 YOUTUBE: 🌿 SPOTIFY: In response to the AI-driven shock in global demand for computing power, large players in the Bitcoin mining industry have been forced to make significant strategic shifts to remain competitive. MARA — the largest Bitcoin miner in the world by hashrate — is emerging as one of the more well-positioned beneficiaries of these changing tides, having transitioned from an “asset-light” strategy (via hosted mining at third-party facilities) to an “asset-heavy” approach (owning its own land, power, and infrastructure) just ahead of the AI compute wave in 2024/25. I sat down with MARA CEO Fred Thiel to discuss how these shifting industry dynamics are playing out in practice — as well as his perspective on how key mining-related security and infrastructure issues may evolve in the coming months and years. In this episode, we cover: — How MARA scaled from near-zero hash rate in 2020 to the largest Bitcoin miner globally by the end of 2023 — Key differences between operating Bitcoin mining facilities versus AI data centers, and where the two models meaningfully intersect — Why ownership of power generation — rather than reliance on PPAs — may represent a durable competitive edge for miners and AI data center operators over time — Why Bitcoin may be entering its “IPO phase,” and why recent price corrections could reflect increasing market maturity rather than structural weakness We also explore more technical and often under-discussed topics, such as heat reuse, open-source mining technologies, and the implications of US policy goals around Bitcoin mining. This episode offers a grounded, operator-level view of where Bitcoin mining is headed, informed by one of the most influential leaders in the public mining sector. This episode of Bitcoin Rails is powered by: — Best In Slot (Best in Slot | BRC2.0 🧑‍🍳) — the leading API for Ordinals and BRC-20 data aggregation and indexing. — Spark (Lightspark) — a statechains implementation advancing Bitcoin-powered payments. — Citrea (Citrea | Mainnet Live 🍊🍋) — a leading Bitcoin rollup technology and BitVM alliance contributor. On the silencing of the British professional classes: The British state has always delighted in turning the working class, and their legitimate concerns, into mincemeat. More recently (the last 30 years) it has found it can similarly turn the professional classes into hamburger – limitations that squat upon our key institutions, stifling their ability to signal the economic & demographic decline Britain is experiencing at pace. The UK has over 90 professional regulatory bodies covering most forms of respectable work. Everyone from medical doctors to the Bar of England & Wales, from Members of Parliament to nurses, was entrusted to third-party regulatory steering entity which regulated what professionals, and their professional bodies may do and say – increasingly this is private conduct outside of professional work. These regulators, and hundreds of other permanent state bodies, are recent creations. There is also the Climate Change Committee (2008) with its net zero policy and SAGE (2009) who recommended placing Britain under house arrest for two years, the Office for Budget Responsibility (2010) – capable of ousting prime ministers if their budget is not approved, by way of the Bar Standards Board (2006). In the passing 30 years, every professional you can imagine was given a legislatively enshrined body to limit his agency on political grounds, and, create statutory responsibilities to monitor and promote equality and diversity in their industry, or at least, never to be seen to oppose it. I discussed this, and my essay England Is Under Attack, on British Thought Leaders in April 2025 – excerpt here.
