@JanetTX_Blessed This pisses me off so much the level arrogance is outrages. Tell your boss that if he wants you to be the teacher your salary just went up and you want part ownership to the business if he wants your knowledge it’s going to cost tell him take his pick. 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇸💯🦅🐊

@JanetTX_Blessed exactly

Never undervalue your skills is the most important thing to learn in the business world.

yes so true. know your worth

@CRRJA5 That’s the problem with management they don’t understand what a skilled trade is not everyone can do it

@CRRJA5 sometimes that;'s the case and other times they know that and want to get something or nothing.

Agree 💯

totally

Yea, I trained my replacement once ...and my replacement was three offshore consultants, I was given two weeks to do it, things that took me the 20+ years to master? ..how the heck is that cheaper

@Sadie_NC A rookie replaced me with 42 years experience when the company forced me to retire at 65, and made me train him or forfeit my severance.

@Sadie_NC that's some BS. Damn, Sorry to hear that. You've got to know your worth and not these greedy bastard push you around. Feel free to put the name of the company on blast and ill retweet it if you want. we must expose and stop these practices.
