Weighted dips were the move today - BW+ 115lb added for some sets of 6-8 reps 🚂 ☑️Phenomenal chest and triceps builder, but also underrated in terms of SERRATUS development. The serratus muscle plays a big role for shoulder stability in the bench press and it gets developed well on these when performed with a slight lean forward at the bottom.

Very Close call for my pals on the NC Flare Angling Club today from the Sport Fishing Championship (SFC) as their blue marlin launched at the boat while backing down on it. It came at the boat with full force and slammed the tip of its bill 3” deep into the fiberglass transom and snapped its tip off. It was only 10” below the cockpit. Could have been very bad! Congratulations on staying in one piece and for the release. It’ll buff out

In addition, both Hela and Namor receive a passive effect: whenever they score a kill, an undead octopus spawns at the place of death. Descriptions: Undead Octopus-Trigger: When Hela/Namor kills an enemy, an undead octopus will be generated at the place of death. The undead octopus will automatically attack the enemy closest to it, and will disappear automatically after a short period of time. It cannot be attacked during its existence. Water Column of the Dead: Hela uses undead energy to strengthen Namor's power.
