😲 Pro-assisted suicide MP Tom Rutland refuses to support an amendment which rules out feeling like a burden on others as motivation for pursuing an assisted suicide. How can anyone defend that as acceptable and compassionate?

There is nothing compassionate about this. Nothing that seems the wellbeing of the most vulnerable members of society. Nothing praiseworthy. This is vile. This is what humanistic morality looks like. Christ is the only answer.
