probably bc they care more about genuine representation instead of adding characters just to fill a quota. hells belles demonstrates more of sallie’s character and gives her depth without any mention that she’s trans. what’s important is her relationship and bond with millie.

Quality over quantity. I think it's better to have one well written trans character rather than several forgettable ones just for the sake of more representation.

I genuinely hope to see more of these sisters in season 3 and 4, I love their relationship so much.

Theres more than just ONE trans character. They dont get much time because theyre just people. People, not performance pieces. Thats genuine representation. Not every Trans person is a main character.

To further disprove that person, there are multiple trans background characters that we see in the show.

THIS seems to be a thing a lot of people don't seem to get with a lot of the lgbt+ characters in the show. Whenever I see people who seem weirdly annoyed by characters being non-straight and claim Viv is making that their entire personality even when its barely brought up much.

that's why Hell's Bells is one of the ONLY three shorts I love, because it gives Millie and Sal their due spotlight, it shows their relationship, and doesn't even have to mention her being trans! they're comfortable having time to breath and just be actual people outside of work

Not to mention in the backgrounds of the episodes we see more canonically trans imps.

Sally being trans isn't a necessity to point out It's just part of who she is THAT is why she's good representation Her transgender identity isn't treated as something crazy or miraculous It's treated normally, because it is normal

The most important thing about representation is making sure that the person has a personality and Story that doesn't revolve around there orientation because that's just a single part of who they are

I get what you mean. I would agree with you 100% had this been any other show. But both Hazbin and Helluva is full TO THE BRIM with gay and queer characters. A looot more than normal representation. So why be sparse with trans folk?

Too many people see having LGBT characters in their shows as fulfilling a quota or as if they have to mention that they're LGBT every two minutes. They are people too.
