Probably the craziest plumber I've ever seen

Quick hands boys. No fucking around when its live!

At least it was fresh water.

He’s “flying on” a Hymax clamp. Not that big a deal honestly.

Same thing Tony Stark did at the beginning of the first Avengers film.

It's a lot easier than being an electrician fixing a broken pipe underground.

It's not impressive. It's very normal for the job. Also, that schedule 40 isn't even under pressure. That's just residual water in the line.

Than you ain't seen SHIT !

Using tools designed for the job. I don't see any issues.

Good work brother

Looks pretty normal to me. I've done way more f'd up stuff than that.

All you need to remember if you want to be a plumber is "shit flows downhill" 💯

Most would've shut off the water. 😏

Or it's just another tuesday? How soft are your hands?

It happens a lot when you're digging around utilities. Nice work!

Bro probably clears $200,000 a year.

Wow he installed a union? Wow!

I've seen a guy do that on a sewage main in 4 feet of sewage.

Wait till you see my uncle's "fix" with duct tape and a wrench.

Thats why they make the big bucks. We just had a leak on pur side and just from the water running for an hour before we noticed, our bill went wayyy up

I drilled a pipe in the bathroom, quickly chiseled it out and installed a sleeve. Six years and it's holding up great. Dry. ;) The best moment? When an unwanted fountain appeared in the middle of the bathroom. The biggest satisfaction? When everything suddenly stopped flooding.

He is doing what every water department does almost daily.

Very normal thing for plumbers to do. Not impressive

No, that's exactly what the city does to patch a leak.

Highmax couplers are the best👍

He’s only crazy if it was a sewer line. A lil water won’t hurt ya.

Honestly, that’s just a normal Tuesday for most plumbers I know.

@tsn_says Learnt to do that onboard ship, I never had to do it thankfully outside of training

Love the assessment, planning, execution and gusto!!

@grok where can I find these clamps?

Submarine plumbing technique.

What shutoff valve?!

Looks like he served on a submarine repair crew at some point.

That’s dude was in the navy.

When you know how it needs to be done and you got those skill set
