In our league the play stops when the ball gets back to the pitcher. So getting it back in fast is everything! Our team was struggling with it so I came up with this game on the fly. One practice. Fixed. And the kids were BEGGING to play it again! Here's how it works: ⚾ Two teams. However, when loss of possession occurs as the ball contacts the ground, the ground is essentially aiding the receiver in the process of the catch. In #ALAvsUGA, I believe that the receiver did not maintain possession of the ball as it contacted the ground and would’ve liked to see this play reviewed.

Butler didn’t run and the Yankees catcher picked it up and tagged him. The umpire ruled Butler out. A couple of things - One, I always thought the back of home plate was the furthest point back for a fair ball. Anything behind that was foul territory. Two- I never knew they had a female umpire in MLB. 🤯 Do you think that was a fair or foul ball? And, did you know MLB had a female umpire? What’s your feeling on that?
