This is not the first time Meta India has done this. If you recall, Zuckerberg himself made a statement in January regarding the 2024 elections and later apologized. This shows that his intention is to destabilise the country. When a video of the Prime Minister of India can be removed, and they themselves admitted that the content was missing for five hours, from 12:30 am to 5:00 am, this is a very serious matter. Our committee has said two things and has clearly stated that the apology should come from Zuckerberg. If Zuckerberg does not give it, then the safe harbour protection under Section 79 should be withdrawn from him. CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) is another issue. YouTube also has that content. Meta also has that content, and they do not remove content related to child abuse. They do not remove content related to women. Both these rules of the Government of India are very strict, and on top of that, they do not listen to the Home Ministry. They do not listen to the IT Ministry either. The situation in Brazil is getting ugly, with X and Elon Musk fighting for the right of the people of Brazil to voice their free speech. The problem, though, is that the highest court in the land says that some of this free speech is not legal speech. Musk doesn't get enough credit for his free speech advocacy, but at the same time, he did say that X will obey the laws of the countries where people reside. So who should decide if speech is or is not in line with the laws of Brazil? Should it be Elon Musk and his lawyers or should it be the highest court in Brazil? Even if they are misinterpreting their own laws, who should decide that? What are your thoughts?

And so it begins. YouTube Just took down my video and issued me a warning strike for my latest video react to Brandon Herrera's latest Darwin Awards. Can someone at TeamYouTube explain how a video I reacted to is still up and fully accessible (and rightly so because there's nothing wrong with it) and yet MY video gets taken down, even after I'd actually edited out some parts before posting, and I get a strike for it. Just what the hell is going on?!? Can I please get a HUMAN to look at this for once??? Oh and just so there's full transparency here, I'm going to post the full video that I received a strike for in this tweet so anyone can view it. Parents & Students are upset about what took place between a student & representatives at Arkansas State University One student wrote I just got off the phone with the Chancellor’s office at Arkansas State University regarding what’s been happening on campus. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that representatives from Turning Point USA are reportedly on campus making derogatory and racist remarks toward Black individuals—using terms like “ghetto,” “dusty,” and “ashy.” That kind of language is harmful, disrespectful, and creates a hostile environment for students. Yes, A-State is a public university, and I understand that under the First Amendment, even offensive speech can be protected. Court rulings like Brandenburg v. Ohio make it clear that speech is protected unless it incites imminent violence or is a direct threat. But let’s be clear just because something is legally protected does NOT make it right. Universities still have a responsibility to ensure their students feel safe, respected, and supported. Speech that targets and degrades people based on race can contribute to a hostile and discriminatory environment, and that should never be ignored. This is bigger than “free speech.” This is about dignity. This is about respect. This is about protecting ALL students. I am calling on Arkansas State University to take this seriously, review the situation, enforce their policies, and stand firm in their commitment to an inclusive campus. Sunghoon and Jungwon’s relationship is honestly something so special to me. I feel like there’s so much mutual respect between them. You can tell Sunghoon genuinely values Jungwon as a leader and understands the pressure and burden he carries, which makes him respect him even more. I think sometimes Sunghoon sees Jungwon as someone far more mature than his age because Jungwon can be so reliable, smart, composed, and trustworthy when things get serious. But at the same time, it seems like Sunghoon never forgets that Jungwon is still younger than him 😭 he still finds him cute and naturally wants to protect him, support him, cherish him, and make things easier for him whenever he can. That contrast is honestly what makes their relationship so endearing to me. Jungwon can be this dependable leader everyone leans on, but in Sunghoon’s eyes he’s also still his cute younger brother 🥲 He seriously can never say no to him 😭

Mistral just released Voxtral TTS, an open-weight voice model that tries to match ElevenLabs while keeping it free. A 3-billionn param model that fits on a laptop and runs 6X faster than real-time speech. It is split into 3 parts that handle different jobs. - The 3.4B part is the main language brain that understands the text and plans what should be spoken. - The 390M part turns that plan into speech features like rhythm, pronunciation, and tone. - The 300M part converts those speech features into the final compressed audio signal you can play. That split helps because each part only does the job it is best at, which can make the whole system faster and lighter than one giant model doing everything alone. Mistral claims about 90ms to first audio, about 6x faster than real-time speech output, about 3GB RAM after quantization, 9 languages, and voice copying from 5s of audio, even across languages. Its internal tests report 62.8% preference over ElevenLabs Flash on default voices and 69.9% on custom voices, but the bigger point is that companies can keep speech data on their own machines. IMO, enterprise buyers usually care most about control, cost, and latency, So this model should give it great push for voice-based AI apps/products.

This is chilling and uncomfortable. But, I get it. In a weird but compelling way, I get it. As a people, we move on. We move to the next headline quickly. We are shocked, we lament, protest, etc but eventually ... WE MOVE ON. This AI rendering of a story is morbid and uncomfortable... And even triggering. But, dammit, maybe this is what is needed. Evil gets shielded and protected by our need to not want to be confronted by truths that make us uncomfortable. How many stories of families hiding traumas and crimes of familial culprits because they don't want to expose the shame of umdeni? What does that do but protect perpetrators? Our discomfort about our reality can be a hindrance to accountability. The shame and discomfort should be reserved for the culprit. We are surprised how recidivism is so high in Mzansi, but we forget that we protect criminals' dignity more than the victims'. There is a lot that is cringe-y about AI and it should be regulated. This, though chilling, I feel it is a necessary evil if it will make Olorato and many like her not to become old news because today we have moved on to a new shocking headline. Remember her and live with the reality that you or someone you love and/or know may be next.

He is obsessed with specifically "trans kids" in the context that he thinks kids should be groomed and given HRT and puberty blockers early, because he thinks it's "cruel" to allow trans people to go through puberty. Trans kids never exist outside of being groomed. The literature supporting it is all from delusional progressives who are biased, often projecting their own ideologies into areas that do not belong. Any who do "socially transition" as youths desist by the time they are adults, often as much as 90%+ For example, kids do not understand sex when they are 4. Anyone implying that kids are "trans" is just a creepy adult who is just projecting adult framing of sexuality to a child who is exploring the world through play. Any adult who tries to label their kids trans based on early play behavior, by 'teaching' the child sexual play, is by definition grooming and child sexual abuse. At best, this causes iatrogenic harm to the child and leads to lifelong mental and health issues even without any overt CSA. Of course, the reality is that puberty isn't optional. It is a biological and physiological need; without it, these people grow up with endless mental and physical health problems. The Cass review and many other critical studies show that puberty blockers and early HRT do not produce the "positive outcomes" these trans kids activists claim that they do. Even before modern times, historical child psychiatry and sexology are rife with data problems, scandals, controversies, and actual child sexual abuse incidents. Anyone still trusting the data of these "studies" blindly should be ignored completely. TLDR, Trans kids should not be a thing, and anyone promoting it should be treated with extreme suspicion.

Meta called it an "error" and restored it. But that error surfaced in the middle of a 36-day youth movement that had already forced a Cabinet minister to resign. 3/ Timing is the whole story. A platform doesn't get to plead "operational glitch" and "paid content promotion" in the same meeting and expect both to be read as unrelated coincidences. Either the system is out of control, or someone had their thumb on the scale. Neither answer is reassuring. 4/ This isn't Meta's first apology tour in India. Elections, protests, political content — the pattern keeps repeating: something goes wrong at a politically sensitive moment, a minister objects, an executive says sorry, and the underlying system is never actually opened up for inspection. 5/ An apology is not accountability. If Meta wants to be believed, it doesn't get to describe the outcome — it has to show the mechanism. What content was boosted, and to whom? What decided the boost — algorithmic, paid or manual? Fear… No matter the skill in your feet, fear can stifle and suffocate. It can tear talent apart. It can annihilate ability. Champions can be found wanting. The easy becoming difficult. Because at the same time, we are opening Pandora’s box and allowing a lot of hate speech on these platforms and social media. We are too weak and too naive. And we should ask these platforms, first, to completely block bots. We have to be sure there is one single person with one account. If this is an AI system, if this is bought and organized by a big organization, it should simply be forbidden. We need transparency of the algorithm. We are a democracy. We don’t ask for the IP, but we do ask for transparency, which is part of our democracy. We need responsibility from these platforms when they don’t respect our social order, when they don’t respect our rules. And to allow us to do so, we have to go further in order to sue those who clearly decide not to respect our rules and our regulation. And we should block all those who refuse to comply.

🚨 13 years of work gone overnight. 🚨 Can we please get help TeamYouTube? As some of you know, I live with chronic illness, specifically Crohn’s disease. That means there’s only so much stress my body can take before it completely shuts down. For over a decade, this channel was more than just content. It was something I built through the hardest days. When I couldn’t do much else, I worked on this. It gave me purpose, stability, and a reason to keep moving forward. And now, it’s all gone. My channel was flagged for “harmful content involving minors” and “sexual abuse” claims that are simply not true. There was no warning, no clear explanation, and no access to real human support. Just like that, everything disappeared. I’m exhausted and I know I’m not the only creator going through this right now. Putting in the effort to keep creating while managing a chronic illness is already a challenge. To have everything taken away like this is heartbreaking. What’s the value of recognizing, verifying, or even awarding creators if their work can be erased instantly without a proper review? I’m asking for a human review of my channel. This isn’t just a collection of videos. It represents 13 years of dedication and one of YouTube’s largest historical archives. And I’m not alone. Here are my solutions for the border. Keep in mind that I realize there is no exact science here and no fool-proof solution. - Immigration must be opened up. More people should be able to come here legally, seek work here, and raise children here. - No we don’t need a wall from sea to shining sea. We do need more fencing/wall built though in areas where it makes sense. - The walls need to be much more difficult to climb over and tunnel under, and they must be equipped with modern technology and reinforced with border agents every 1/2 mile or so where feasible. - Fencing should extend deep into the ground where possible. Every inch of wall should be monitored with cameras mounted in a way that makes them impossible to be damaged. No fence is fool-proof but they can definitely be better than what Trump built and what we’ve been building for years. - In areas where there is no fencing — most notably in areas where the land is owned by Americans and around obstacles like the Rio Grande, we should exponentially hire additional border agents and utilize more cameras and more video. We should work with Mexico to to create a neutral zone currently in Mexico to allow US agents to patrol as well, or make sure that Mexico is patrolling those areas up to our standards. - Every single person looking to come into America should be required to show some sort of legitimate reason to seek asylum before even being granted access. If they don’t have one that can be shown or proven immediately, there needs to be a process for them to do so within their own country and within Mexico, but with a caveat: The US should man special safe asylum centers in various Central and South American countries, as well as in Mexico. American citizens should run these centers, and asylum judges should be stationed there to expedite the process. The asylum seekers should be fed and cared for during the time they are there. Massive amounts of asylum judges and border agents need to be hired. I can’t reiterate this enough. We need a lot of funding and training for this. - Every person seeking asylum should be recorded through a biometric system so that repeated attempts can quickly and easily be identified. Thoughts?
