The idea that you can't be happy because of unhappiness is completely wrong You can't be happy unless you're unhappy The satisfaction that makes life meaningful comes from doing hard things and pushing through difficulty That struggle is exactly what makes the reward feel good in the first place Your brain needs that contrast so the payoff lands as deep satisfaction instead of just another hit of pleasure

But performing together with MYs and the audience, we were able to feel a sense of joy and happiness. We are extremely grateful to be able to make our MYs happy and we are really thankful for that.
