China’s Shadow Police Force Operating on California Streets: Armed Security at the Los Angeles Consulate Caught Assaulting American Protesters. The Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles hired a California-licensed armed private security company to patrol and protect its facilities. The firm’s owner, Wu Xian (also known as Jack Wu or Liu Shan), was arrested after pepper-spraying peaceful protesters outside the consulate while issuing death threats. The company operates marked patrol vehicles intentionally designed to mimic police cruisers — complete with prisoner cages in the back, flashing lights, tactical SWAT-style gear, body armor, and handcuffs. Despite the felony assault arrest, serious questions remain: Why does this company still hold its California private patrol license? Who authorized these law enforcement-style operations on U.S. soil in service of a foreign regime? If this firm is contracted directly by the PRC consulate, why has its owner not registered as a foreign agent under FARA? This raises alarming concerns that Beijing is effectively outsourcing policing and intimidation tactics inside California — using private proxies to suppress dissent and monitor Chinese-American communities. Broader Context: These events connect directly to the Arcadia Mayor Case, where former Mayor Eileen Wang pleaded guilty to acting as an unregistered agent of the People’s Republic of China, and to federal prosecutions involving New York’s undeclared overseas “police stations” run by the PRC Ministry of Public Security. This must end now. What are your thoughts? Should California immediately suspend this company’s license? Should Congress launch a full investigation into PRC-linked security contracts? Did Trump and Xi specifically address cases like Eileen Wang’s unregistered agent activities and this brazen LA consulate assault during their recent Beijing summit? #TransnationalRepression #ForeignAgents #CCP #LosAngeles #EileenWang #NationalSecurity #AmericaFirst #UnitedFront #TrumpXi FBI Los Angeles FBI Daniel DanielNatSec @HouseForeignAffairs Rep. 🔥【Exclusive】In-Depth Exposure of Wu Xian, the Security Guard Arrested for Assaulting Protesters at the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles 🔥 🔆 On January 4, Wu Xian ( also known as Wu Boxian 吴泊宪; English name Jack Wu, also written as Jack Woo), who was arrested by police for spraying pepper spray at participants during a Los Angeles rally celebrating the capture of Nicolás Maduro, is 38 years old and originally from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. 🔆 In addition to owning the JK Patrol SVC in LA, Wu also owns the Los Angeles LA City Cleaning Company, which claims to be “the largest cleaning and environmentally friendly property management company in North America.” He also owns a real estate firm called Masters Realty and holds an insurance agency license. Wu maintains close ties with Chinese-American politicians in the Los Angeles area. 🔆 According to informed sources, Wu Xian’s father made his first fortune in the 1980s by operating long-haul freight transportation businesses in China. He came to the United States in the 2000s and remained under political asylum. He later founded the Los Angeles LA City Cleaning Company, which claims to provide management and maintenance services for residential and commercial buildings throughout Southern California, serving more than 40,000 units. 🔆 In recent years, Wu Xian’s father has gradually handed over management of the company to Wu Xian. 🔆 Wu Xian himself is believed to have come to the United States around 2007, at about 20 years of age. His English is fluent, and he is believed to have received education in the U.S. In addition to obtaining a real estate broker’s license and founding Masters Realty, he also earned an insurance license, demonstrating strong professional capabilities across multiple fields. 🔆 Sources say Wu Xian is socially well connected and generally treats his clients and employees well. He organizes group dinners almost every month, attended not only by employees but also by various members of society, business owners, and government officials, giving him an extensive personal network. 🚔 Additionally, he is described as very shrewd. He purchased a large number of decommissioned police vehiclesand modified them into patrol cars for his security company. Although he does not dare to install police lights, he equips them with yellow construction lights, which, when flashing while driving, can easily cause them to be mistaken for police vehicles. ⭕️ Sources specifically noted that in Chinese-American-concentrated areas of Los Angeles—such as San Gabriel—many Chinese-American politicians have very close relationships with Wu Xian. 😢 One source said he was extremely shocked by the news of Wu Xian committing violent acts in front of the Chinese Consulate, as Wu had always appeared to him to be a cheerful and sunny person, not someone prone to such reckless behavior. It appears that after being hired by the Chinese Consulate, contact with CCP officials corrupted him, leading him to commit acts that are bound to bring severe consequences upon himself and his family—an outcome that is deeply regrettable. Videos 1 and 2 in this post are promotional clips released on TikTok by Wu Xian's JK Patrol SVC Video 3 is an interview clip of Wu Xian published on December 17, 2025, by a Douyin account called “Yanni American Factory Warehouse.” Image 4 shows the business card of Wu (Bo) Xian’s real estate company. Konnech isn't just another tech firm. It's a CCP-linked operation building the tools that help rig elections in the U.S. and Australia. Konnech is a Michigan-based election logistics software company founded by Chinese-born Eugene Yu, and is effectively a Communist China software company with deep CCP ties. Konnech's Chinese subsidiary, Jinhua Yulian Network Technology / Yulian Network, developed the election management software used in the U.S. The same Chinese subsidiary simultaneously developed election software for the Chinese Communist Party itself. Sensitive personal data on American poll workers was sent to, stored on, or accessible by developers and contractors in China, in violation of contracts requiring US-only handling. This creates a direct backdoor and security risk allowing Chinese Communist influence or manipulation over U.S. election processes, poll-worker management, logistics, scheduling, building schematics, election workers all throughout the U.S. The company's Australian operations, Konnech Australia, extend the same compromised software and influence into Australian elections. The real-world fallout referenced in the broader reporting around this period came in the 2022 arrest of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu by Los Angeles County prosecutors over alleged improper transfer of poll-worker data to China, the charges were later dropped. There is no coincidence that while Biden was in office that the charges were dropped, especially when we know now from the recent declassified documents that China was interfering in our elections and helping Biden in the 2020 election.

They knew all along about false flag Maidan massacre: Deputy head of Zelensky Office of President of Ukraine told Western ambassadors on February 19, 2014 that Maidan protesters were shot in the back by other Maidan activists & police did not shoot them. Nobody is convicted for killings of 27 Maidan protesters & 12 policemen and Internal Troops servicemen on Maidan on February 18-19, 2014. Tatarov, who then was deputy head of investigative department of Ministry of Internal Affairs, was first to publicly refer to false flag Maidan massacre one day before 49 Maidan activists & 4 police officers were killed in false flag mass killing. Oleh Tatarov, who then was the deputy head of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was the first to publicly refer to the false flag Maidan massacre one day before 49 Maidan activists and 4 police officers were killed in the false flag mass killing. My open access book "The Maidan Massacre in Ukraine: The Mass Killing That Changed the World" and four peer-reviewed journal articles show overwhelming evidence that the Maidan massacre was a false flag mass killing of Maidan activists and police with involvement of far-right and oligarchic elements of the Maidan opposition in order to overthrow the Ukrainian government. A member of the Maidan leadership from the Fatherland party was filmed on February 18, 2014, evacuating a car with a hunting rifle, equipped with a silencer and optics, of a Maidan activist, who was stopped by other Maidan activists. A person who helped in the evacuation became an aide to one of leading members of Fatherland, who became the Minister of Internal Affairs after Euromaidan, and whose ministry was involved in investigations of killings of the protestors and the police on the Maidan. Three protesters were killed and up to 33 wounded with hunting pellets in the same area around the same time. The Ukrainian investigation did not identify any suspects in killings of 12 protesters during a storming of the Maidan by the police in the evening of February 18 and around midnight. The GPU, the special parliamentary commission, a media report based on the GPU investigation, and other evidence reported that about half of them were killed by pellets or hunting bullets. Maidan activists armed with hunting firearms, in particular, from the far-right Right Sector and Svoboda-linked Maidan company, were filmed by various media and social media. They also were reported by numerous eyewitnesses, primarily, Maidan protesters. There has been no investigations of involvements of groups of Maidan snipers in Hotel Ukraina and the Trade Union building and other nearby buildings for killings of these protesters in spite of various such evidence and in spite of similar killings of the police around the same time and place, in particular, by hunting pellets and bullets. For instance, a Hotel Ukraina employee said that he witnessed a group of snipers in Maidan style uniforms and with weapons in cases entering the hotel shortly before the massacre started on February 18. A Fatherland deputy said that he witnessed protesters killed near him on the Maidan by shooters from the Hotel Ukraina and Kozatsky Hotel on the same day. Kyiv court rulings specifically refer to two Right Sector activists, who were wounded during a Right Sector attack of a separatist checkpoint in Sloviansk on April 20, 2014 and many other Right Sector members as suspects in GPU investigation in killings and wounding the police on the Maidan. The court decisions stated that the weapons used by the wounded checkpoint attackers were the same weapons from which two Internal Troops servicemen were killed and three other policemen wounded on the Maidan on February 18, 2014. There is also evidence that there were armed Maidan shooters linked to the oligarchic Fatherland Party. A top person in the security of the Fatherland party admitted in the Ukrainian media shooting the police on the Maidan. The Ukrainian media reported five years afterwards that Kyiv prosecutors found that killers of two traffic policemen in Kyiv on February 19 were among Maidan snipers. These killers received phone calls from prominent female and male parliament deputies from one of the oligarchic Maidan parties after killing these policemen during a traffic stop. The investigation after these findings was transferred to the police and completely stalled. The two killed policemen were included in the “Heavenly Hundred” of killed Maidan protesters, and their killing was publicly attributed to pro-Yanukovych government titushki.

⁉️Chinese National Auxiliary Police Appears in South Korea? Is South Korea Becoming the Second Hong Kong? Recently, South Korea's local elections have triggered large-scale protests due to ballot shortages and suspected electoral fraud. Some citizens have discovered that among the Korean police dispersing the protesters, there appear to be "Chinese national auxiliary police." Netizen "James Jseng" posted on Facebook, stating that South Korea's National Police Agency has guided the establishment of "Foreign Self-Defense Patrol Teams" at the local level, with members primarily consisting of Chinese nationals of Korean ethnicity (accounting for about 80%). The first such team was established in July 2009 in Garibong-dong, Guro District, Seoul, and has since expanded. The Korean police regularly issue certificates of appreciation to them. The post points out that the "Foreign Self-Defense Patrol Teams" have been a publicly known entity from the beginning. However, in photos and reports publicly released by the South Korean National Police Agency, the foreign patrol team members shown are mainly Vietnamese, Southeast Asian, and Middle Eastern faces. Chinese nationals of Korean ethnicity are rarely seen. In reality, however, Chinese nationals make up a far higher proportion of the overall foreign patrol teams than other nationalities and are recognized as the main force. Yet this discrepancy has never been properly explained by South Korean authorities. Instead, every time Chinese Korean-ethnic members appear online, it is through footage captured by passersby and circulated on social media, rather than presented through official channels. The post notes, "The official choice of which faces to feature in public relations materials is itself a very meaningful decision." The post also states that the misunderstanding of Chinese national self-defense patrol team members being mistaken for Korean police does exist. It is also a fact that Korean-Chinese speakers do not sound like Seoul-accented Korean. Additionally, photos and videos circulating online show individuals wearing formal South Korean police uniforms with "경찰 POLICE" printed on them, accused of having obvious non-Korean accents and remaining silent in front of the camera. South Korean authorities have never provided clear, case-by-case explanations for such specific accusations. If South Korea has truly brought in Chinese Communist Party police, just think about Hong Kong's experience. During Hong Kong's 2019 anti-extradition movement, a large number of mainland Chinese Communist police appeared on Hong Kong streets, brutally beating civilians and ruthlessly suppressing the protests that involved millions of participants. And then? The once-great Hong Kong died. Recently, there have been many related videos online showing suspected "Chinese national auxiliary police" appearing in South Korea. I selected some and made a compilation.

WATCH: Fed-up Montreal restaurant owner blasts pro-Hamas protesters with garden hose A viral video has been circulating online showing a group of pro-Hamas activists outside this Montreal restaurant called Zante. After multiple attempts to ask Montreal police to intervene and remove the protesters who were blocking the entrance to his restaurant, one of the co-owners decided to deal with them himself using a garden hose. On May 22, three days after the incident involving Zante restaurant and pro-Hamas activists, Rebel News spoke with co-owner Mr. Costa Dimitriou, who explained what happened. Unfortunately, the restaurant received multiple threatening messages and several hundred negative reviews on Google after the incident. On Instagram, we were also able to see calls to boycott the restaurant and to massively leave negative reviews. Mr. Dimitriou therefore had to contact Google with the police report in order to have those comments removed. The restaurant co-owner declined to speak on camera because he wants to move on and hopes the negative attention dies down. Now, let me explain what happened. Last Tuesday, May 19, several anti-Israel protesters held a 24-hour sit-in outside the office of Liberal MP Marc Miller, Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture, right beside the restaurant. When Mr. Dimitriou arrived around 4:30 p.m., the protesters were already there. According to him, they had around three different loudspeakers and were shouting the usual slogans such as, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” and so on. The protesters, who already occupied a large section of the sidewalk, allegedly began moving directly in front of the restaurant terrace, blocking access to the establishment. Mr. Dimitriou reportedly asked them multiple times to clear the entrance and was allegedly told to “f*ck off.” As seen in the footage, protesters also harassed the valet, who is himself Algerian. Costa repeatedly asked police officers if they could contain the protesters so they would stop blocking the entrance and standing directly in front of the terrace where clients were trying to eat. According to Costa, police did not cooperate. The co-owner explained to me that several clients dining on the terrace were disturbed by the situation, and that multiple reservations were cancelled because of the protest. He even had to relocate guests staying at his hotel to rooms at the back of the building because of the noise caused by the protesters. At around 7:30 p.m., after receiving no cooperation from either the police or the protesters, Costa grabbed a garden hose in an attempt to disperse the protesters from the front of his restaurant. That was the moment police intervened — not against the protesters, but against the restaurant owner — warning him that he could not do that and threatening him with charges if he continued. The protesters remained there and were still present when he returned the next day. Costa also explained that he had to physically defend himself after one protester allegedly followed him onto the terrace, forcing him to push the individual back. Based on an image of the protester in question shown to us by the restaurant owner, we recognized the individual as Bara Abuhamed, one of the leaders of Montreal4Palestine previously arrested at Carrefour Laval for unlawful assembly and allegedly assaulting a police officer. He and his father are also known for leading Islamist street prayers in front of Notre-Dame Basilica. As Mr. Dimitriou explained, regardless of the cause being protested, he says he would have reacted the same way. For him, this was about respect and basic decency — something he believes the protesters failed to demonstrate. Online, many people expressed support for the restaurant owner, as a large part of the population appears increasingly fed up with the weekly protests — street blockades, vandalism, disruption of businesses — while police seem unwilling or unable to control the situation

Mafia Tycoon Exposed The mafia tycoon and kingpin of Chinatown has been exposed, along with his alleged police protection unit. The illegal sugilite buyer, Chen Zuming, who works for a Hong Kong-based boss known as Kingsam, was recently visited by members of the DOP political party and affected employees from a company defrauded of millions of rands by Chen. The company representatives arrived at Chen’s hardware store, but he fled the scene, and his employees refused to call him. Later, Chen called and allegedly said that “no one can fing do anything to him”*, boasting that he would summon the police officers he pays monthly to arrest the company directors. Shortly after his call, numerous police vehicles reportedly arrived to his aid — including Acting Station Commander Kanal Sithole from John Vorster Square Police Station. According to witnesses, Sithole entered the building and began accusing the company directors of not being worth the money they claimed Chen owed them. He allegedly refused to hear their side of the story and instead ordered their arrest — seemingly in favour of the illegal Chinese mafia operation. The arrested individuals, including members of DOP, were initially charged with intimidation. However, when their legal representatives attempted to apply for bail, Sithole allegedly returned to the station and instructed officers to add a public violence charge to ensure they remained in custody. Meanwhile, Chen, who is accused of illegally moving sugilite worth approximately R500 million, remains a free man — reportedly protected by high-ranking officials whom he claims are “his police force.” We call on the Chinese Embassy and South African justice system to investigate this matter, including the actions of the Station Commander and his team. The accused were denied police bail after being detained for more than 38 hours, and were allegedly threatened with additional charges. A case of unlawful arrest and assault will be opened by the victims, who claim they were unlawfully detained in favour of a Chinese tycoon who regularly bribes local police officials. The affected company directors have vowed to continue fighting for justice, stating that no threats or captured police forces will stop them until they recover their money and the mafia is behind bars.
