That's a bad installation. Please uninstall the addon , restart Blender, and install again. Restarting Blender between uninstalling the old version and the installation of the new version is important.

Just out of curiosity, wouldn’t be more efficient to create this type of texture using substance designer? All the math nodes in blender could potentially decrease performance in a large scene with multiple materials like this one

That looks useful! Is there any way to allow for small/random gaps between the wicker to let light through? And displacement? Might be more advanced than what you're going for (which looks great as-is).
