But if you have to fall a palm tree before tapping it wine, then I don’t think it’s sustainable. Just saying😒

So who discovered this method or idea?🤔

Ghana don dey speak Igbo, abii una dey thief another country video dey post?

This is not the original palm wine.. This is the process of making the sugary one which at my place is called "ladies palm wine" aka Epkor, aka Nkwu-ani. And is considered the 3rd class of palm wine.

This is not the regular type of palm wine we make. My local dialet calls this EKPO. After processing it, it tastes sweeter than the normal palm wine. It costs lesser too cus this not the pure palm wine. The pure one is extracted from palm trees that are still standing tall.

Person go go through all this stress and we will go and steal and drink it. Oh Lord for us

This is second hand palm wine, original palm wine comes from standing palm tree

This is not how to do it in Igbo land. Then again, the people in this video are speaking in Igbo language. Do they speak Igbo in Ghana?

This is one out of 3 ways palwine can be tapped, this method is used when they want the tree gone, either because the tree is dying or clearing of land for farm or building. And this is lower grade of palmwine

Please what language are they speaking?
