Why the grafite of your pencil docent bleed (or gets mixed sorry English is not my first language) when you aplay the water inks? ( or watercolors?)

After making the pencil lineart I stretch my paper like in this video. The soaking process removes all the graphite particles, so when I start to colour it does not smudge✨
