Prof. David Monyae: South Africa🇿🇦 cooperates with everyone, while standing STRONG on the Global South position advanced by BRICS 'Recently South African Defence Force generals have been discussing with their counterparts in Moscow to find ways of continued cooperation on a number of areas including naval drills. I think... what South Africa won't do is to form alliances. It believes in a non-aligned strategy in which it will cooperate with all countries, whether in the Global South or in the north, but without a direct confrontation on any of the issues.
