Ask Governor Barchok and Osotsi,How can you add sharable revenue to counties who are not even accountable to the little resources they have,in Bomet county to be sincere have forgotten that there was once revolution right from exit of Isaac Rutto. Accountability is poor in Bomet

The only setbacks to Devolution is the President who fought the New Constitution tooth and nail but God was on our side,The challenges are the likes of Anne Mumbi Waiguru who came to the County with dire appetite for looting,We shall overcome.

For every decision you make in this country you must go through a proposal then Parliament then public participation. Then after you go through all the processes you go through the court and that is our country. You cannot compare the political situation in Rwanda and the size of the country with our country and our democracy. #WATCH | Yavatmal: On IIT-Bombay student suicide, aunt of deceased Sahil Ravindra Wakode says, "That evening, we received a call from the professor at 8:00 PM informing us that Sahil had committed suicide. We simply could not believe it; we wondered if someone was playing a prank on us. That is what we were thinking. We rushed there that very night. When we reached IIT, no professor or director came to meet us; no one spoke to us. Why did that happen? What happened? No one told us anything. But after so much time had passed, that professor apologized and admitted that Sahil had not done anything wrong. Yet, why did this happen to him? I appeal to you all: my Sahil deserves justice. If he had not done anything wrong, why did this happen to him? No inquiry has ever been set up regarding it; nothing has been done. Yet, when we raised this issue, we faced pressure ourselves. People ask why we invoked the Atrocity Act. The reason is that the students who have committed suicide so far have all belonged to SC or ST communities—not other castes. Why is injustice constantly being inflicted upon our children? Aren't our children the future of this country? All children are the country's future. They should all be treated equally, but that is not happening. Our child is innocent; he did not do anything. There needs to be a thorough inquiry into this matter, and action must be taken against everyone responsible for this case. Even after three days, we still know nothing. We have no information regarding the CCTV footage or what exactly happened to him. If it was a suicide, we have no details about it. We have not received his mobile phone or his laptop. None of these things have been shown to us so far."
