Remember, a "professional" trader at a Hedgefund or a Bank isn't trading with THEIR money--why would they give a shit about technical analysis?

this is not what he said. it's for timing and entry/exit points. which i would hope everyone knows. it's absolutely useful, but if you're not trading off of fundamentals, youre fishing where there is no fish

Intrestingly, the 80-90% number coincides with the percentage of statistics made up on the spot. Who's this guy and how did he arrive at this magical number?

Do retail traders have the time and knowledge of doing a fundamental and business analysis of so many companies? Moreover big fund houses have information about companies which retailers will never get.

This shit is so fucking dumb, never listen to professionals who tell you what THEY do. Their capital deployment strategy and risk management is insanely different than yours. They have to move millions to make small percentage gains with little impact. You DON'T!

Please were did get he's statistics from? Any trader with a working edge owes it to himself to steer clear of these things and people like him.

Institutional traders are 80-90% fundamental in large part because they're not fundamentally day-traders. Their mandates are very different than individual retail traders. The logic seems to be that if the big/smart money goes 80-90% this way, then you should go with it.

This is total bs. Good way to convince the normies to be absolute retards in the market. Anyone not using tools, geometry and time measurement methods, are really just leaving gaps in their analysis that will in all probability be exploited by the market. This is a game of you vs you and then probabilities. Stacking confluence any which way you can is essential.

Fundamentals are the idea and direction, TA is the timing I've done 2 of his courses. They are swing/position traders He'll brag on YT about one of his top students making like $200k in 1 trade in like 6 months, no word of starting capital amt

Professional traders work orders. They push prices around to fill client orders at set ranges. And they use lemmings in retail to make money for clients and get to take a cut of anything they can do beyond the order. Example “sell order 750k shares NVDA 231-231.40.

Always make sure you have a Bloomberg in the background for added credibility. $3,000 a month is a retail trading marketing dream.
