Ehhh, its a fun idea but this fits more in a game like overwatch than it does in a game like splatoon, especially since you can't use it yourself. If you can use it yourself and also rebalance the entire sub weapon system, I still think it would be pretty weak unfortunately

Making it only accessible to your teammates is a bit of a letdown. How about making it so you only get half the effect while your teammates get 100% of the effect?
