We had a situation in China where a Zimbabwean student studying in China was hit by a car while riding a bike. His insurance company and the motorist(culprit) refused to pay for the medical bills. We are proud to announce that yesterday marked the completion of the 20.95 km Trans-Warri–Ode-Itsekiri Road, featuring 15 bridges of various spans. With this, the project is essentially complete — 19 years after the contract was first awarded. This is a landmark achievement and a deeply cherished milestone for the Itsekiri people. A promise made, and a promise kept. We give God Almighty the praise for bringing this vision to reality. The project is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of next year.

Speaking at the installation of his cousin Togara Masunda as Chief Nyamandi, Zengeya said Mnangagwa took seven years to ascend to the appointment of a new chief when the law says this process must happen within two years. He said the Nyamandi Chieftainship has never resolved its succession through courts or wrangles but because of Zanu PF this had started to happen. Government officials were not to have Zengeya speaking as a family representative at the installation function.
