Regardless of what anyone thinks the price will be. Unless something happens with the SEC appeal between now and mid April. We’ll have to wait till then to find out what the plan is. The other thing I think should be mentioned is the potential bottleneck that will happen on the exchanges which will impact liquidity, buys , sells , transfers and withdrawals of fiat even if XRP hits 30-50$.
