Why are you still arguing? He was arrested twice. 1. Washington County (10pm on the 11th). 2. Utah County (4am on the 12th). Transferred from one to the other at 1:58am on the 12th. The court documents show the 18:25pm video encounter of him being Mirandized is on 11th @ WCSO.

How tf could he possibly have been interviewed several hours earlier on the 11th? Their claim literally does not make sense. The filing says "on the evening of his arrest" & the tesimony & record reflect Robinson was arrested at 4am on Sept the 12th.... meaning this interview took place on Sept 12th. It's not that hard to comprehend. They're desperately clinging to it bc their narrative falls apart without it. The funny thing is the defense hasn't once contested the timeline that is being testified to in open court, nor are they alleging the discord messages were faked or sent while TR was already in custody. Someone doesn’t watch body cam footage in their free time. Huge difference between detained and arrested. Go back and watch day 3 again and listen to agent Davis. He watched TR being interviewed in one room. Agent cox and another agent interviewed the father in another. Agents Terry and Smith were with Mitchell, the mother in a different room and so on. AFTER all of that, in the weeee hours of the morning at 4 am TR was formally arrested. Again, I keep saying people like me want to believe he did it. It’s easier. We can get justice.
