Proof of concept of this idea

This one isn't as good (Haley's voice is too prominent in a majority English group but Miyu Irino is overpowered by Donald and Goofy in Japanese, so Haley just kinda cameos here). Anyways I chose this bc a friend wanted to see a Mickey cutscene tackled.

There's actually a mod for this on PC if you want the FF gang to speak in Japanese while the rest speak in English (there's also a add-on if you want Sora, Riku, Kairi and Ansem to speak that way too)

All this highlights to me hearing the japanese audio next to the english text that the localization was very spot on imo

I feel like something funnier could be done with KH original characters, since they’re spiritually in the middle, but I support this nonetheless.
