Many moons ago when I was 18, I showed up to my house with a runty little kitten I found in a shoebox outside of a dilapidated house. Luckily, my parents were on holidays so I had a few days with the cat at the house and figured out what I was gonna say to them, at first they both said no emphatically but then they fell in love with him and he became a part of the family for years to follow. ❤️❤️
