You come to sit on radio, tarnish people’s hard-earned reputation and later come and apologize. Purely borla practices. Proper Journalists do due diligence, they investigate, research do background checks before coming on air to make these allegations. This is not it.

Let's be acurate here, for at least four years, you and others in the British media repeated the lie that the Duchess of Sussex’s mother was in prison and did not raise her daughter. You could have asked Duchess or her mother, you could have done proper research but you did not. You didn’t because the lie was profitable. This isn’t an apology. It’s a disgrace. He said journalists cannot simply state that “there are allegations” without specifying who made the allegations, when they were made, and what evidence supports them. According to Mahlangu, failing to provide such details could create the impression that the journalist is the source of the allegations rather than reporting on claims made by others.

Meanwhile, Ukraine was rescuing people and trying to determine exactly what had happened before issuing an official statement. Working on Capitol Hill that day, I remember only a handful of lawmakers saying Russia should be held accountable. Others, including then-Congressman and current UN Ambassador Mike Waltz (Ambassador Mike Waltz ), argued that Russia had no reason to blow up the dam (video attached). Today, I want to remind everyone: Russia started this war, and Russia bears responsibility for every single act of devastation and every atrocity that has followed.

After more than 150 days in Luzira prison, TikTok commentator Dean Lubowa Saava stood before the court and admitted what many had suspected, but few could prove: the allegations he spread were lies. Not exaggerations. Not misunderstandings. LIES. But this story isn’t really about one man with a smartphone and a social media account. It’s about a much bigger problem, an entire business model built on destroying reputations. Here is how it works. Someone launches sensational accusations against a public official or business leader. The claims are dramatic, emotional, and perfectly designed to go viral. Once the noise grows loud enough, an agent quietly approaches the victim with a simple offer: pay money and the attacks stop. That is not journalism. That is BLACKMAIL DISGUISED AS ACTIVISM. And for years, the system thrived because many victims chose silence. Some were afraid. Others wanted the problem to disappear quickly. Paying seemed easier than fighting. But silence only feeds the machine. Inside the courtroom, Saava admitted fabricating serious allegations against the Deputy IGG, including a claim that she had taken a UGX 200 million bribe.
