Lol, I didn’t get much of what she was really trying to say for a whole 3 mins, otherwise than just going thru a house tour with her.

Wrong scenario for pros and cons They didn’t build a house these ones how can they say they “built” when they still pay bond costs, and all other conveyancer fees🤷🏾‍♂️ There are no cons in building a house the bigger the house the bigger the budget that’s all!!

Let me comment about the braai area😊: The developer didn’t do much on the braai, it’s a daylight robbery. They ONLY left an opening without fitting in a Braai, Braai is not that expensive unless you want a stainless steel combo braai ( wood 🪵 & gas braai)

So glad I watched a lot of Incredible Homes on BBC because most of the cons could have been foreseen
