Oklahoma Secretary of State Benjamin Lepak was arrested outside a McDonald’s on suspicion of public intoxication after police said he had “extremely slurred speech.” “I had a beer… that’s it,” Lepak told officers, later saying he drank less than one beer because he did not finish it. Luigi Mangione Update His Federal trial dates have been set, but it is complicated. September 8, 2025 Mangione's trial will begin If the death penalty is taken off the table. The defense is arguing stalking is not a violent offense so therefore does not meet the predicate standard for a federal death penalty case. If the death penalty stays on the table, look for the trial date to be January 11, 2027. The defense is also arguing to keep his backpack out. This holds damning evidence against him including the gun. It will come in, in my opinion based on search incident to arrest doctrine or inevitable discovery, but it should come in. This kid, Luigi, had everything given to him on a platter and took the life of a man who worked for everything he had. Luigi is no marter. Based on video and the overwhelming evidence in this case, he is nothing more than a coward who shot someone in the back to aggrandize himself. #Luigi #Luigimangione

Ummmm This is what I mean by being corrected when a lie is exposed. Byron Donalds lied in these two segments and was corrected, but afterward, he had nothing to say. I have a sneaking suspicion that most of the country is going to be in for quite a surprise. When Trump himself tells you about the saying.. "Trump was right about everything" .. Don't you question, how? Does it make sense that he walked away if he caught them all? If he walked away, then why did he say we are in his second term now? If we are sort of in his second term now, doesn't the 2020 inauguration make more sense? 25k National Guard, fences and barbed wire and no crowd.. When Trump himself tells you about the PAUSE and the drops tell you shown not told.. Doesn't it all start to fit together? Why does nothing make sense? Why does Joe look so different? Why does Trump have 45-47 on his hat? Is that a mistake? Nothing is as it seems.. Why? Is Trump keeping his promise? Is he actually draining the swamp? Has the process motivated the country to do what must be done? Just as Trump suggested it would do? Answer these questions, and consider 5GW ..
