Durk is scheduled to go before a judge on May 8 after his attorney argued that the government provided false evidence to a grand jury in order to get an indictment on the rapper. During the hearing, Durk's team will offer a substantial bond offer, according to court documents obtained by XXL on Tuesday (April 29). Durk has been in custody since he was arrested last October and charged with murder-for-hire in connection with the killing of Quando Rondo's cousin in August of 2022. Durk's trial is scheduled to begin on Oct. 14.
