I bet it’s a copy of Otterbox’s cases… Would rather buy the original.

I bought 2, both just stopped working after 60 days. Replacements one, that one stopped working too Your cases are a waste of money and your customer service support is non existent making it hard to get you to honor your warranty. I feel bad filling the landfill with more junk!

So disappointed with @Casetify I had a case back with my IPhone X, and it lasted years! It was great- so when I upgraded my phone I immediately got a new case from you, but all the image started to chip off after about 4 months! Tried to contact customer services and got nowhere
